Upon checking deep stick it was on the metal overfilled. We got a syringe and started taking out oil and see the color is completely black when it was done 2 days prior. I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people. You think I got my money back for their incompetence no and I would never go back to this place.Please see picture and avoid coming to this place. Horrible, never again! Please check your oil if you did it in this place. I have no problem you seeing the oil obviously is black but no you do not need to check engine on my car but oil.Obviously you left more then a quarter of dirty oil that mixed with new oil and overfilled my engine. An oil that was done 2 days prior and this is the color is unacceptable, what did I pay you for and then do not even refund you. I will go somewhere else, thank you.
