Quality of service was horrible I made 3 trips to this location. Please be careful when coming here some people just don't know what they're doing. My tire blew on Saturday. On Sunday I took it to my local Goodyear on pines and 172 but they didn't have it so I was sent to the location on university. After confirming twice the correct tire, when I got home I realized the wrong size was put on the car. I would think Goodyear out of places would confirm that the other tires were all the same. I had to return on Monday morning to have the correct tire placed. The woman offered me a "discount" however I still paid for their mistake. The best part is I had to return a third time because after they finally put on the right tire my light turned on again. I was told that the way my car was made if I drive off too fast over an uneven area it will throw off the sensor. I'm not sure how true that is. Prior to the tire being changed I had glue all over the rim that was not there the first time they changed it to the wrong tire. (See picture) Overall service was horrible. I am a repeat customer at this location because of the lovely assistant manager, Denver. The most amazing and helpful individual that Goodyear employs. Goes out of his way to ultimately make his customers happy. My Jeep was in dire need of new tires and an alignment. I came in 30 mins before closing, and Denver and his team worked their magic. My car drives smooth as butter! Denver allowed me to price match the cost of the tires I saw online versus what he quoted me in store. Love that! He ensured to make me aware of every bit of detail for the hazard insurance I purchased along with my new tires. Even offered additional services that I should consider in the long run. The thing that sets this location apart from others is definitely the customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, properly walked through the process of an oil change and new tires, and was able to wait, grab a bite at one of the many nearby restaurants, or leave and they called me when my truck was done. The prices were fair, the service was quick, and the location was clean. The waiting area is small, but there is tv to watch and fresh coffee to enjoy. They did not have my particular tires in stock, but they were delivered within a few hours, and were on within a couple hours after dropping off the truck. I have gone to this Goodyear and not had any issues. This time I brought my car to have a tire patched. I was called by the store and told that the tire could not be patched and had to be replaced and the cost would be $270. I agreed to have it done. After I paid for the work I went outside and noticed that the tire was a different brand. When I asked the employee why want I told it was a different brand he claimed that no one has the tire because of COVID. I should had been given the opportunity to look for myself. read more

I called for a quote before I decided to decline replacing my tires with my dealership as my car was being serviced--the Goodyear staff offered me a substantially lower price compared to my dealership service center. However when I got there, the employee at the desk told me someone must have quoted me wrong and charged the same amount as my dealership without free warranty on the tires I had to purchase because I'm moving in a few days and have no time to check elsewhere or go back to the dealership. I used this place for all my three cars before and loved it. Today, what a different story, the gentleman in the counter was rude! Told me that I never had an appointment, which I had an email for. Then, explained that my car now required an $85 oil change! I asked if he was confused, because the manual shows regular oil and they have done it in that location before! I even had the sticker on the windshield. He laughed at me and told me that I was not even in the system. After two years using them, I am never coming back! I know he got bother that I walked in during his personal call but I waited and was not rude at all. As I left telling him that I better go to the dealer then. He just kept laughing at me. Just moved down to Florida and it just so happened on my way down I drove over a nail! My tires were still good but the slow leak was driving me nuts. Saw this place had great reviews on Google and ok reviews on Yelp so took a chance. This past Sunday was a very busy day for the shop! I was greeted by the best front desk guy, Alex. Mentioned I would like a patch for my tire and to my surprise, there was no sales pitch for new tires! Alex and I went out to see where the nail was, said they could do it and for the low cost of $0. I had a slow leak. My service manager was Denver and my Tech was Bryan. Everyone here is super friendly and offers the best tire service around. Not just a smile and a tend to the work but they go above and beyond and communicate with you throughout the process. They tended to my issues quickly. Got back to me to let me know where I was in the wait. Kept me up to date during repairs. Did not charge me a dime. They also checked all the other tires to make sure there were no leaks, nails etc. As a woman, when it comes to car repairs, being taken advantage of is one of the biggest fears. My steering wheel began to suddenly vibrate and the front end of my car began to shimmy.  I became alarmed but within just a couple of miles I happened upon Goodyear Auto Center.  Someone came out to look at my car almost immediately and after a visual inspection informed me they would have to put my car on the lift in order to properly inspect the situation.   They pulled my car into the shop and put it on the lift right away.  I was really pleased how quickly they were taking care of me.  After inspecting my tires from the underside they determined that one of the front tires was beginning to separate and that was causing my problem.  They had a new tire mounted and installed in less than an hour after I first pulled into their store.  I was very pleased and felt the price was very reasonable.   If I had not found this store when I did, I could have had a real issue with a dangerous separating tire and I really appreciated how these folks got me in and out so quickly. read more

Pleasant service. I went in for an oil change and an alignment. I was told they couldn't do an alignment because the tie rods were in such bad shape. They suggested I replace the tie rods and struts. Went for a oil change/ was told tires were dry rotted so I purchased 4 new tires on my Goodyear credit card.Had oil change , 4 tires front alignment. Management told me when you purchase 4 tires on Goodyear credit card you will get 160.00'rebate. Sent everything in twice by mail and uploaded all paperwork to computer and sent . They claim no proof I bought tires from Goodyear even though they have all my paperwork from Goodyear. And it says on invoice authorized payment for 706.00 to Goodyear credit card. So I was finally in need of tires for a toy project I mean literally my spare tire and I parted ways the day before. I will openly say I live and work close to this location and have had a bad experience in the past. But I can assure you that they have probably cycled between 2-3 sets of employees at all levels since my last oil change encounter that left my car dented and denied. So now 6 years later I finally walked back into the door. The Manager was the one to get my initial call he matched my quoted price and I had my tires at the shop in less then 45 minutes. Granted my tires are an odd size these days 35x12.50R15. I spent two days having a deep look within myself trying to justify every logical reason I could to purchase 20x14 wheels and 35x12.50R20 tires I just couldn't do it. But on a 27 year old toy that will probably sit alot its not worth coming home to find it on blocks. It took two guys to unmount and mount the tires. Why do you ask well have you ever tried putting a 12" tire on a 13" wide not tall yes I said wide rim. Its called tire stretching I only think Hawaiians have that game covered. Since the guys worked through lunch I figured the least I could do was bring them lunch since they got me back on the road.
