I got here at 11:15 a.m. and was told they were getting ready to close for lunch (12-1) and I'd have to come back at 1:00. I got back at 12:45 and was the first person in line when they reopened. Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame. I went to a local Walmart and they refused to touch my vehicle based on where the nail was. Frustrated I searched for a mom and pop shop and came across Emilios. The gentleman Juan inspected my tire and said that he should be able to repair it with no problem. In less than 20 minutes I'm back on the road. He was quick, the repair was solid and it was right at $20 for a flex patch. I made it to my destination safely. Emilios was a hero that day and I am grateful I came across this shop.

Hi everyone! Today I…read morehad to go into Discount Tire. I had a lead around the valve step of one of my horse trailer tires. When the pulled up at 2:00 it was really busy and I expected a long wait! I waited in line to check in, it was only two people, and Brandon helped me. I told him what was wrong and he asked to see the tire. After he confirmed it was a valve stem issue he took the tire into the service area. I was shocked when he took five minutes and changed the valve stem himself. No fuss. No muss! And most surprising NO CHARGE!! There is no way I could have received better service! Thank you Brandon!
