My grandson advised it was my alternator. I contacted Advance Auto 20 min before they closed asking if they had the part. The young man, Tony advised yes. I then asked PLEASE can you bring be the part and tools I have no way of getting to you. He said give me til 8pm and I will bring my tools. Paid for the part over the phone and waited. Tony shows up with an older gentleman who immediately dove right into the engine to remove the old part. I was in awe. I didn't expect these 2 people to do what they were doing. And the time it took them was amazing. I will be forever in their debt by their generosity and caring. They took a scary and stressful moment and turned it into a life saver for me and my family. I went to the exact same auto zone last summer for the other headlight and a man working then had it done in ten minutes. Also, the girl "managing" very unfriendly and didn't even try to assist. If I wanted to put it in myself I could've bought it $10 cheaper somewhere else. The whole selling point of auto zone is that they'll install it. Yeah right!

I went to the dealership one random day this summer and noticed I didn't see my car in the parking lot at all; thought to my self maybe its in the shop. called the next open business day and talked to the same person I've been dealing with and was told no they didn't have any cars in the shop at that time and would get back to me on where my car was. Two days passed and I didn't hear anything so I called again and asked. The answer I got was " oh no I havn't had the time to go out and walk the lot to look for it." hmm real professional. After a few more months I finally got a call saying the part came in, cool except for the fact they lost my one and only key. I was then told "Not to big of a deal ill just have to get you two new keys made." After about a week with no calls or info again I called and was told " Oh the service manager has been gone and is coming back soon so I can get this resolved." Then 3 weeks go by and nothing. Finally fed up I called the service manager and He had no idea about my situation and got to the bottom of it...My service advisor called me roughly 30 min later and said he walked over to her desk and found the key almost instantaneously and of course where they had looked numerous times before ......

Several years ago I had a positive experience when I bought a used car for my daughter so I decided to go back when I wanted to get a vehicle for myself. Good selection of very nice vehicles and the process was easy. What made the experience even better was the Sales Person - Joe Zipperer. He is what I wanted in a salesperson - frank, personable, knowledgeable on the vehicles, credible and none of the stereotypical "Used Car Salesperson" pushiness. He got me in a great vehicle and at a fair price. I recommend Gordie Boucher and I highly recommend Joe Zipperer.
