My last review of this place was 11 years ago. In my review, I noted how they had a bad overall…read morerating and gave 4 stars. A lot has changed. I took my car in for a brake job on 4/8. It was advised that I needed new front pads and rotors, and that a complete brake inspection was done (on my invoice). One month later, I noticed my left front brake was extremely hot, and there was a burning smell. Prior to this, I had noticed some brake noise and slight pull, but did not think of it. I immediately brought it back in. I was told that my caliper was sticking and it would be repaired. That same evening, I called for an update (as they did not follow up) and was told they could not get parts and would not be able to complete for another two days. They ended up completing the work without calling my warranty company for authorization. When I tried to pick up the vehicle, they finally called the warranty company, and my claim was denied as they changed the diagnoses to "failed hose," which should have been done when they replaced my brakes and inspected a month earlier. I finally left with my car three hours later after paying the nearly $600 bill (for the second time). The very next morning, after driving 4 miles, I had smoke billowing out of my brakes. I called the store and was accused by Gloria of "wanting something for free" and she reluctantly covered the tow truck to pick my jeep back up. Later that evening, I called for another follow up (as nobody called me) and was told by Tiffany that it was a defective rotor. She agreed to keep the rotor so I could inspect with Carlos and the tech the following morning when I picked up my jeep. The following morning, I arrived and picked up my Jeep. I asked Carlos to show me the failed rotor with the tech, and he immediately advised that it was NOT the rotor, but rather that the tech did not replace the hoses or complete the actual brake job that they invoiced for. They sent me away with an unsafe vehicle that was never actually repaired, which is a huge safety issue. The shop has since taken zero accountability, and the corporate team is gaslighting me. They have offered a coupon for a future visit, with no real solution for the negligence. As someone that has spent well over $20k with this company, I will no longer be a patron. They need to do better.

This location is not the closest to me, but is the one I always go to because of the consistently amazing service. I needed to have a headlight replaced and found they had the one I wanted in stock. Rolando was so quick to offer help, completed my purchase, and replaced the burnt out bulb with the new one. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. In the future, if I need anything for my car, I will drive the few extra miles to go to this location that is tucked away near the Loop.

Don't let the railroad trails scare you. The do minor things like oil changes and other repairs. Tilo ( I think that is how you spell it) is one of the most honest mechanics you ever want to meet. My hubby sent me here for an oil change and a problem with my car. He told be right off the bat that is was going to be something he couldn't fix and sent me to someone who could. Very honest likeable guy. Never had any problems with the staff here and I will only go here from now on.

Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful.
