I came in to price out tires for my dad. The mature lady that was there didn't know how to price out, so she asked me to wait for the younger lady who knew how to price. Fine. When she arrives, she has the only attitude, thrashing things around, says "you call me in for this shit?", continues mumbling and thrashing things for another 5-10 min, can't even acknowledge or look at, starts eating food saying "all I got are Pirelli's 450$ each", and continued eating. As far as the work they did a simple tire change. I asked for a rotation (in my mind actually taking out the tires and moving them onto another rim). I wasn't aware that I had directional tires so they just moved the rims forward and back instead and charged me $20. I was told after two wheels were removed and the guy in charge pretty much scolded me after telling him, saying he was there when they told me but he was actually nowhere near me when the one dude told me, only for what they were gonna charge me. Other than that the staff was cool. However, I was charged more than the last time I came so they make up prices on the spot and up-charge you as they did me. In total I spent $50 for it and it won't happen again. Shout out to the tire guy though he fixed an issue after installation and gave me advice on my tire problems. read more

Took my daughter's vehicle there for her first change of tires and alignment. The prices were the best we could find between Lake City and Gainesville. The customer service was amazing, it was like talking to family. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the owner was very nice and able to answer any questions we had. I give this place two stars because they can for sure patch up a tire but an alignment do not go there for an alignment, I took my car for an alignment and the guy did not do it right . I went back 3 times and neither the 3rd time was aligned properly. read more

146/100 in 2016 challenge Great place. I got a nail in my tire. I went here after I went to tire kingdom. I was told at tire kingdom that they do not plug tires, they only patch them. I could patch it or buy a new tire for 138.00 plus tax. My hubby said leave tire kingdom and go to road runner. The place is located on a Michigan Ave in Kissimmee. Again, great place. They only do tires, rims, and wheel alignments. When I got there it looked packed. The inside is quite a good size, lots of seating, has a snack machine and a huge display of tire rims for sale. I hobbled up to the counter/register explained what I needed and I was asked to sign in. They asked me if I was going to wait or come back. That made me think it was going to be an all day process, especially with the amount of people in the lobby but I decide to wait. I was literally in and out in 17 minutes and it only cost me 7.00 dollars for the plug. If I ever get another nail, and I am sure I will, I will never go anywhere else but here. The employees were as nice as could be. Polite and professional. Everything you could ask for. Polite, fast and cheap. And, great place. read more

If you expect your tires to actually be balanced after you pay to have them balanced, you are expecting too much! Appearently, they do not know how to balance a wheel here... I had wheels balanced here about 7 years ago and they refused to rebalance when I said they were out. And due to being in a hurry I brought another set of wheels in again today... You guessed it! They are put of balance!! I called, they said to just bring them back in, but I'll just take them elsewhere... read more

Stay away from this place unless you don't care about customer service. The owner's daughter who runs the counter has a nasty mouth and behaves like an animal. She even contacted me to insult me claiming I had been rude when I visited the store (although she was not present) which was false. Even if I had been rude, I can't imagine any business calling a customer to insult them and hang up the phone on them when they try to explain the person was mistaken. Jackie is great & has a good sense of humor but the older woman up front is arrogant & rude. All I needed was 2 used tires. After asking for a discount because my car got skipped & because I waited 2 1/2 hrs she said no because they are short employees and she'll have to give everyone a discount. When getting to my destination I saw my tire was completely worn through and they sold me the wrong size tire!!! I discovered this on a dirt road in the middle of the mountains... Horrible Horrible Horrible. Worst place anyone could ever go to have the most simplist work done. Waited 1h and 30min to be attended to. Than waited 5 hours to have an alignment done. Went back 3 times the same day to have one simple alignment that they ended up being incapable of doing. Took it to another shop and had it done in 30min. On the last attempt of the mechanic trying to align the car he messed with my tire pressure!!!! One of my tires had 54 about to explode! Thankfully I had pictures of the correct tire pressure before I came to the shop since my truck has a digital dash that informs me of the tire pressure. But the best part is when I informed the manager of what has happened he was angered not towards the performance of his mechanic but with me! Instantly said "I'm going to give you a refund because it's not my money it's the mechanics money. For all I care I can fire him tomorrow it doesn't bother me." Extremely disrespectful to his employee and shows lack of moral and standards. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went here to get my new tires and rims balanced and aligned. They BENDED and SCRATCHED my brand new rims that cost me over $1000. After waiting 2 hours to get my rear fenders rolled I got home and notice my rear fender was dented from the work they did , in other words they knew they did it and was thinking I wouldn't notice ! Brought it back and before I even showed the so called owner of the store the dent; he was already trying to say they didn't do it there's ,no way ! Before I even showed him ! It's pretty obvious to me they damage my car tried to hide it and once caught had no intention of making it right! Great service and quality. Employers were all nice and friendly. The tire techs were very professional and fast at meeting my car's needs. Prices were excellent and reasonable. Loved the place because is a family owned business and everyone gets along. I would give it 5 stars but my only complain was the waiting time, what made it worse was the lady behind the counter, she was very loud and "ghetto" on her personal phone.
