After 2 weeks I heard nothing. I called them and they said they didn't know what car I was talking about. After 4 weeks I called and still nothing. After MONTHS I called after hearing nothing from them and they informed me that they had towed my car to a absolutely unacceptable and horrible "tow yard" (if you can even call it that.) please for the love of god do not take your car here.
