We were traveling back to TX and noticed a vibration in the front. We stopped in here and they looked at the entire vehicle, rebalanced the tires and explained everything. They recommended some repairs fully understanding that we couldn't do them there and explained the need for them. Carlos was who worked with us at the front desk and he was absolutely wonderful. I'd come back here in a second and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Also, this was squeezed in at the end of the day on a Sat but they saw the urgency in the travel and timeline. So my trucks alternator went out and I was stranded on the highway. I had it towed and dropped off overnight. The next morning I called and stated I needed the alternator changed. They advised they needed to diagnosed my vehicle and it would be $80 for that. I asked if that $80 would go towards the cost of the repair. The service manager informed me that it did not, then I argued if I know the problem why do I have to pay for a diagnosis. I stated I would not have the work done if I had to pay for diagnosis. They agreed to change the part but if it didn't fix the problem I would still have to pay for the work and parts. I agreed to that. I got a call later that day with them stating my truck had an electrical problem. They said my alternator was not getting power, and that they could not fix that. So I picked up my truck, but hey did not charge me for anything. When I had time, I changed the alternator and my truck was fixed. I am leaving a bad review because I needed them to fix my truck and I did not have time to fix it due to my work schedule. I wouldn't recommend this shop just because the bad diagnosis. It would've cost me a lot of money if I believed their diagnosis or if I had took it to another mechanic. read more

The 2 tire replacement and alignment took about 1.5 hours, and afterwards, they notified me about another concern so that took another 2 hours. It's pretty close to home so I went there, no appointment needed -- not sure an appointment is necessary for more intricate work, call first-- but Carlos gladly took care of my tires and that annoying dashboard light went away. Not the best experience at this Goodyear. I brought my car in for an oil change, re-alignment, and tire rotation. I noticed while driving home from my appointment the car was a bit shaky. Found they rotated one of the tires to the wrong side of the car. Called to see if they could swap them quickly (we didn't have the tools), they said we would have to wait 2 hours. So we bought the tools and swapped them ourselves. The car was still shaky, so I brought it in a week later to have it looked at. Turns out the tires weren't balanced, so they fixed it. Car still didn't drive the same. Thankfully, the car is back to feeling the same after having Discount Tire take a look. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship from this location. read more

Dropped my car off at 10:06am with only 2 people ahead of me....an hour and 45 minutes later my car was still not taken in (for a simple nail in the tire). The person working at the desk didn't care I'd been waiting this long and said my car would be next (and nope it wasn't....they grabbed someone else's car instead) Oh yea...this is on a Monday morning (not even a weekend). Absolutely horrible service and no hospitality at all here. Very disappointed, from now on I am only going to Firestone. I've never written any reviews before but this is absurd--I understand when it's busy buy they weren't even busy!!!! At 11:51am (almost 2 hours later!!!!) I saw them finally go and grab my car to bring it back. Oh yea...best part too....the managers just sat in the office the whole time doing nothing (great supervision there--you could hear them just laughing and chatting away behind closed doors!!) What a rip! Last July I went into this place with a small leak in the fron t of my van. They came back with all these problems that were needed to be fixed before my trip to NJ. They gave me new brakes, new calipers, new rear shocks, new struts in the front and new front tires in addition to some minor things that probably also weren't nesessary. Well, not even 10,000 miles later the van is leaking again, the front brake pads are down to the metal, the shocks squeak, and the struts had to be replaced because they werent put in right and bent. They also had to rplace the drivers side lug nuts because they were cracked!!! I spent $1,700 at this place and most of the work, a year later, needed to be redone. I'm not going to be bringing this vehicle back down to Orlando this winter and therefore, their warranty is useless. Avoid this place for repairs at all costs! read more

Do not waste your money in this place !! My serpentine belt snapped while driving and I managed to drive my car very carefully to the nearest and only place that I figured was open on a Sunday. They told me I had to replace my belt which I already knew and that the pulley had gotten messed up as well so that needed to be replaced. The estimate they gave us was $295! I asked if they could help me out or give me a better deal since I didn't have much money on me and carlos (the manager) said no. I agreed to the cost simply because I couldn't drive my car anywhere else and everything was closed. I asked if while they were fixing the belt if they could do me the favor of putting on my spare tire since my front tire was bad and again, Carlos said no even though the mechanics were extremely nice and said they had no problem doing it and that it would take 2 minutes. They couldn't do it because of Carlos. After leaving this place I arrived at a firestone and asked if they could do me the favor of putting on my spare and they did it without hesitation and did not charge me a dime! I asked for an estimate for the belt work that was done at Goodyear and showed them the invoice and they said they would've done it for $180!!!! That's $110 cheaper. It is simply ridiculous that it would be that overpriced. Please save your money and go to firestone or any other place instead. The management (Carlos) in this Goodyear location is AWFUL. read more

Shopping for a used vehicle can be super stressful. I'm so glad the search for me is finally over thanks to our final destination here at this Goodyear. First rule for buying a used car is always have it inspected, a quick check by a mechanic. If you don't have a trusted mechanic finding someone to inspect can be almost as nerve racking as finding the right vehicle fit! We looked at about 4 different vehicles spending anywhere from $50-$100 to have someone give it a once over. We came in with high hopes that this would be the last inspection, that this one would pass and be ours. Well, The van passed inspection, we got a thorough list of some routine stuff that would need to be addressed and we pulled out the wallet to pay for the "labor" just to be completely surprised by $0.00 for the balance! I would recommend Goodyear for an honest straight forward top line customer service car care center any day after this no hesitation and I would gladly use them for the routine items that will need to be done. read more

I had to wait for an hour in spite of having an appointment, then they took care of two clients that arrived after me. All this because they were supposedly checking the warranty with Goodyear. They told me that my almost new tire had no warranty regardless of the fact that it had a factory defect because It was very cheap, the equivalent replacement was twice the price as the old one and they wanted to sell me four tires in a "special deal" even though the other three were almost new. They lied again when they told me Goodyear does not make the type of tire that matches my three other ones. They still do. They over inflated by 12 lbs the one I bought. I asked them to check the brake fluid and I was told it was OK, it was NOT. After so many lies, there is no way they can be trusted. I am not even sure the tire needed to be changed nor whether the one they sold me was the right one. Most of my experience with Goodyear has been good, this time they dropped the ball.
