i had an appointment at 2:30 pm i got here like around 2:20. i checked in with the man and he assured and promised me that it would only take 30 minutes for an oil change. it is now 3:30 and my vehicle just was moved to the oil change bay so meaning its gonna take another 30 minutes which im going to be late to pick up my daughter and God knows how much longer there gonna take back there. so disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. i would definitely not recommend and regret coming here. read more

I've purchased batteries from here and tires as well. The quality is good for the prices. The hazard protection is a must, they will change the tired of they get a nail in them and it's just a small fee depending on tire tread. Went in today at 4:30 pm to get two tires replaced on my truck I was told it would be about an hour and a half. So I did some shopping walked across the street to Taco Bell and then came back to wait. It had been about an hour and half and then this guy comes and tells me they quoted the wrong price it would be $10 more for each tire I said that's fine. Then another 30 min went by when the area supervisor came to tell me they could not put the tires on because then I would have three different tire sizes on my vehicle. I was so mad that two hours of my day had to be wasted and the excuse I was given was that the employee didn't know any better. I stormed off and was about to leave when I was getting in my car I had noticed that they were all gone from in the work area and there was one guy left behind sweeping. Then I started to think about it and this exact Walmart was the location that put the other two tires on my vehicle a few months ago. (So now not only do I have a bad experience but I have the main supervisor telling me they screwed up my truck the last time I brought it in) So turns out the manager was just making an excuse for everyone to go home early at my expense. It's not like I was the last table of the night here guys I had already been waiting two hours. In my opinion this Walmart automotive center doesn't even deserve a single star. Will never go back to that Walmart automotive again and would warn anyone thinking about it to do the same. * UPDATE: After I posted this review, I saw a group of gentleman talking near the auto center shop, I walked up to them and asked if one of them was the manager, one of them was the store manager for the day, Kevin, I told them what happens and turned out that another one of the gentleman was the shop manager, Rodney, they were all nice and said they were going to take care of it and shouldn't be more than 2 hours. I understand that Micah's job is customer service and he probably does not have control over what happens in the shop, but he needs to do his job and give good customer service, if he doesn't want to work I'm sure there's a lot of applicants waiting for a call to be hired on. Anyway, Rodney did what a manager should do, he went out to the shop, I'm not sure if he was the one who changed the tire, but I know he was the one who drove my car in and also drove it out when it was ready. I got here at 9:45am, paid for a new tire at 10am, they said it would take about an hour. I waited until now, 12:30 (2 1/2 hours, yes I am very patient) I go up to ask if it's almost ready the kid working the register does not even look up to look at me, when he finally decided to answer he gave me an attitude and said I should be next. Me: (looking at his name tag)Wow, Micah, looks like you don't want to be here?! Micah: I don't Me: Have you talk to your manager about it? Micah: My manager is the reason I don't want to be here Me: Do you want me to talk to him/her for you?
