Worst place to get an oil change or state inspection. Just save your money and go somewhere else cause they will do anything to drain you from all your money. Oh and if you want an oil change be ready to wait 3 hours. Albert rue and the manager failed our state inspection cause our windshield wipers and wanted to charge 30$ for each. They were perfectly fine we went to autozone and got them changed and the guy said to keep them since they were basically brand new. This place is ridiculous don't waste your time here. read more

Going to jiffy lube was the best decision I made, I usually go to one of their competitors. Even though I get full service at the competitors they charged for things that were never actually done, where jiffy lube showed me the original air filter from the dealership from 2 years ago that I paid several times to be changed out. Jiffy lube checked everything, explained everything, fast, friendly. I will be back to Jiffy lube. Plus they have coupons on line to save a little extra. read more

Rude customer service. I arrived at Jiffy Lube at 8:10am(business hours 8am) the bays were opened however the doors were still locked. I asked what time do you all open they stated 8am. Keep in mind it's 8:10a and then they proceeded to keep doing what they were doing without asking me if I need any assistance. I walked away thinking maybe they are still in the process of opening. Returned and asked how much would my oil change be as a **hint**that it's past 8am. The 2 workers in the bay were extremely rude. I am assuming the man that interjected was the manager who politely asked me what I needed and asked me to drive around. I will not return, however I do appreciate the professionalism of the manager. I usually choose Aamco but decided to give Jiffy Lube a try but I will not be back. I would rather give Aamco $100 at least I will receive excellent customer service. Employees need to understand that customer service is important. The customers are the ones that keep your business afloat. If corporate reads this please invest in customer service training. I don't usually leave reviews, however the amount Jiffy Lube charges for oil changes they should provide excellent customer service. read more

I have had the worse service at this jiffy lube. After two experiences here I will never go back. I had my coolant flushed here and my engine almost overheated because they didn't fill it up enough. And I had my car inspected here. They immediately failed it because " the horn was not loud enough" so I had to install a new horn just to pass it, when the horn worked perfectly well and passed before at other places. The worst customer service jiffy lube I have ever experienced and I have been a loyal jiffy lube customer for 10yrs. When I got there, I asked them how long was the wait, first they told me 15 minutes. Then, they said 45 minutes. I didn't leave there until and hour or so later. In addition, when the technician called my name to review my services he said "Lydia". Well of course no one got up because there was no one there named Lydia. The representative by the name of (Datrevion S.) looked at me, pointed and said "you". I told him my name wasn't Lydia it's Letti, he said "well you know what I meant". As we were going over service and prices he was giving me attitude the whole time and cutting me off while I was asking questions about my services. I sat back down in the lobby and that's when the same technician called another customer ahead of me. The whole time they were checking out, the technician and other customer were talking about me like I couldn't hear them bothz Saying I was the one with the attitude and I was the rude one; when I just simple didn't respond to the wrong name. As the other customer left the lobby he looked at me and said "bye Lydia." Finally, once my car was done getting the services, I was signing the recipt and the whole time Datrevion was txting on his phone and had the odacity to tell me that he was "waiting on me." 4 stars! I've never had such a pleasurable Jiffy Lube experience. Everyone was very nice- held doors, advised on watching my step on uneven ground, called me ma'am, and had nice conversations in between the technical talk. I've also never been called out to verify my oil levels like they did here. They went out of their way to be transparent in what they were seeing and advising to make me not feel like they were just trying to upsell. I only came here because it was near my office, and I desperately needed an oil change, but I think I may make a point to come back here in the future. Other Jiffy Lubes should endeavor to be as good as this one. Thank you, Jiffy Lube 2176! Yelpers- Don't forget to grab the $10 off coupon from their website! UPDATE (to 2 stars): Just before leaving, the techs told me that they saw that the washer fluid tank had coolant and that the coolant tank had washer fluid. I called the delaership, where all my prior service had been done, and drover there immediately for them to inspect (leaving work). The techs at the dealership showed me the coolant tank, and the coolant down in the bottom of the tank (out of plain view and requiring some hard looking). They then showed me the fill line on the coolant and that when the car is cooled off, it is right where it needs to be. They also showed me that what the techs at Jiffy Lube thought was blue fluid in the coolant tank, was just the shadow on the empty upper part of the reservoir. They couldn't explain the red tinting ion the washere fluid reservoir, but they added water to fill the tank and show me that it was clear blue fluid- no red coolant as the techs at jiffy Lube had me think. This experience has cut my rating in half. They did not know where to look for the proper coolant reading (after telling me it was near empty and needing a top-off), they caused me enough worry to take off of work to go have my car re-checked at the dealership across town, and they also up sold my oil to full synthetic when the cap clearly reads synthetic blend (which the dealership also showed me after reviewing my receipt). It seems that this Jiffy Lube has their processes together, but maybe not the most experienced techs. They had great manners and customer courtesy, butthey still up-sold me on things that weren't needed. Typical. read more

My wife bought a groupon for a jiffy lube oil change for my son's truck. Went, the manager talked a lot, making a big show for our first time there. Real friendly, very charismatic. Said we need six quarts not five so I'd have to pay for the sixth, ok, I get that. Then said the air filter was dirty, showed it to me, it was. Then said it was $24.99. I said no thanks I'll get it from Walmart. He said, that's what we charge, I'll give it to you with my discount, on how much is that? $17 ok, that's cool go ahead. Get done, I pay, leave and look closer at the receipt. Dude didn't give me any discount on that so I paid $30 on top of the Groupon cost! I hate going to those places. They always trick with there fast talk. On top of that before we paid, the dude says, the rear differential is full but it's dirty, setting me up for a future service on the differential. As soon as he said that the guy in the pit hollers, pull bay 4 up so I can check the differential! . I'm thinking in my head, bro, quit trying to play me. Then he says, I thought you told me you already checked it! No boss, the guy says, then the guy hollers out bay 4 diff, full and clean! I told my son, this is why I usually do all this myself. I'll be going to McCoys lumber and buying a 10x10x8 to cut into a couple ramps and we'll be doing oil changes on our trucks at home from now on. Oh and he tried to tell me there was a coolant leak and that we needed to have a complete flush and refill at the same time I was telling him we just replaced the water pump. He was like oh... Brought my Vehicle in for an oil change at 10:30am. I was told it was a 15 minute oil change. Walked out at 12:30 pm. No problem. I get in my car, I have tan interior and there was oil all inside my car and all over my floor matt. The girl manager cleaned up the car after I pointed it out and ignored the matt. By this time I'm like whatever, Then I Got a block away and my car started smoking thick white smoke. Immediately came back and was told they put too much oil in my car. Now I've been waiting for an hour for them to do my oil change all over again. Worst service ever! If you see a woman running a mechanic shop and telling the guys what to do and how to do it, walk away! read more

This place is great. I've taken my car twice for inspection and both times they were very quick. The staff is kind and respectful and explain to you if there's anything wrong with the car and the options you have. They don't push anything on you if you don't want it. The waiting area is nice with Fresh coffee. I will continue to bring my car here every year. read more

First time here. Came here for an oil change, they took my vehicle in right away. The service was fast and friendly. $39.95 for a conventional oil change ( I posted pics of their prices for other services). Only took 15 minutes to change my oil. They pulled out my air filter to show me it was clean ( i just had it replaced a week prior for my 30K checkup). Included in the $39.95 they cleaned the exterior of the windshield, filled the wash fluid, checked all my other fluids, checked my tire pressure, and vacuumed the interior. From inside you can watch them work on your vehicle. Very nice. When it was time to pay they tried to sell me all sorts of services, check-ups, tire rotations, etc. which is fine, they have to make money somehow other than just oil changes. I didn't need any of this however. I was only disappointed they didn't offer a military discount like other Jiffy Lubes I've been too. This doesn't affect everybody, so I would still recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone. read more

Had oil changed on my vehicle here once, walked out to my driveway the next morning and all the oil was on the ground. They had double threaded the filter. They did come out to my house, topped it off with enough oil to get back to the shop, and cleaned my driveway, and did another oil change. Needless to say, after that, never went back. read more

i had just recently had engine repair done! drove 1 mile to them have oil change because cheaper than to have differential service done. nobody told me that i had oil leaks under my car. i then drove10 miles called shop spoke to manager he came to me. told me i had oil leaks under car in several places. he put more oil in car & told me nothing they done! i then had to be towed to mechanic. i also noticed on my reciept said i had no oil on dipstick. if i am a mechanic under a car and see oil leaks or any leaks i would inform customer! had tgey told me i would have driven back home 1 mile instead of 10 miles!!!!!! they totally dropped the ball on this! i will never go to another one & neither will my son which a 100$ a pop! read more

I have been here two times and both experiences have been great. They never try and push any service, which I greatly appreciate. Other jiffy lube locations I have been to before were very pushy but this one isn't! The wait time is not bad at all! With a coupon my oil change was 31 bucks. You can't beat that considering they check your fluids and you can return within 3 months of your service and get a free top off service. read more

Didn't reattach my engine shield correctly following my last oil change. Had to return to get it correctly installed. Said there were clips and screws missing and they noted it on the report, manager never mentioned upon check out review and not on any report. They also marked that they checked the cabin air filter on the report, they didn't... It is tough to get to mine and I watched so I know they didn't.
