After forty-two years of driving on five different continents, through countless rainstorms and…read moresnowstorms, I somehow still don't know how windshield wiper blades are supposed to work -- at least according to the manager at Jiffy Lube in Brigham City. I gave them a second chance after four perfectly fine oil changes. They sold me wiper blades for sixty bucks. Those blades now drag so badly they flop across the windshield, skip water, and twist the arms. When I brought it back this morning, the manager not only refused to replace them, he insisted this was completely normal. Most of us could change our own oil and wiper blades, but when your time is worth more than doing it yourself, you pay someone else to handle it. That's why I happily brought my business here -- until they insulted my intelligence instead of standing behind a sixty-dollar product. Add to that, don't send your wife to drop your car off -- they're constantly trying to oversell her on stuff you don't need. Jiffy Lube just lost a loyal customer for good. Never again.

I was feeling pretty sad and worn out after waiting by the side of the road to be towed for over two hours-my phone was dead and I hadn't eaten or had water. They let me use their charger, gave me water, and dropped me off a my hotel with assurances that they are going to finish the car as soon as they have the part in the morning. I had a pretty tough day, but their kindness and helpfulness made things a little brighter.

Turns out when I left the shop not all bolts were tightened and torqued to the requirement. I had a suspension bolt that was left very loose and the was only being held on by the safety clip. I'm very displeased that this had happened, even when I was recommended to go to the shop in the first place. If I did not find out what the cause was it most likely could've lead to more problems then what I first started out with.

Yet they will ensure you that they do not guarantee a second key. When you purchase your vehicle you can have a clean vehicle but when you get any accessories applied IE tint. They can give it to you ruined and needing to be redone. So wasting more time. If you want to spend 6 hours of your Saturday in a dealer then go here. The part I was disappointed in was the price after was not the same as what I was quoted. There was a $30 miscellaneous charge that was added to my price. I was told everyone is charged that. If that is true, then that needs to be part of the price and don't sneak it in after. I was very disappointed with that I feel it's very deceitful. Be be honest and upfront I wanted to add that since I posted this review I was able to talk to one of their service managers and he agreed that should've been disclosed upfront and they refunded my money.
