Terrible communication and didn't do what they were asked to do then just sent my son on his way!

They clearly do not care. Go some place else. I think they crap service boils down to lack of management.

Went to get my emissions done and was treated great by the staff. ET helped me out and was awesome to work with.

I came here for an emissions test and to register my car. I was in and out in 15 quick minutes and the customer service was GREAT! Very polite employees and comfortable waiting room. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

worst fucking place ever don't come here for emissions because they clearly don't want to do their fucking job. got turned away twice by ET said he'd give us a discount if we came back tomorrow when they still had two hours till they closed and all i needed was my emissions and then when we came back the next day they have a sign outside that says no emissions. read more

I tried 3 different times to get an emission test. Two times I go and he's on an unplanned vacation. I call this time and they say he is there until we close. Show up at 4 and he's gone home early. I don't think these yahoos have an emission tech. Totally crap. read more

I went here yesterday to get an emissions test. I pulled up to the bay, gave them my keys and they said "No problem! There's one guy ahead of you so it'll just be a few minutes." So I told them I'd go walk to get some lunch and come back and they said that'd be fine. When I came back my car was parked out of the way and I was stoked because I assumed it was done. WRONG. I went in and asked to pay and they said "Yeah we forgot why your car was here so we moved it out of our way, now there's three people ahead of you." IDIOTS. And better yet, they did not offer any type of discount for their incompetence. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE FOR EMISSIONS AND SAFETY INSPECTION!!!! These clowns are a complete joke if you go there for state mandated service inspections. I've been here and to the Jiffy Lube located in Harrisville and both locations are the same way. They will find a way to fail your vehicle. I don't know if they have to report to the state that they aren't just passing people, or what. But it is nonsense. If there is an issue with my vehicle which would cause potential harm to myself or others on the road, PLEASE inform me so that I can make it right. However, if you are just trying to reach some quota and so you fail my truck for a gas cap that isn't holding proper pressure, get real. I've sat in the lobby and listened to them fail every single person (3) who were there for a safety inspection just like I was. They love to fail you for things like a micro crack in a taillight fixture, or they look for other ridiculous things. When I was there, they failed all 3 people for cracked taillights, told them to go to walmart to get red masking tape and then come back to get passed. Then they fail my truck for a gas cap that isn't maintaining pressure, and never mentioned the rather large crack that I had in my taillight. This proves to me that they just fail you for any reason they can and their concern is not really about safety. They failed both my father and my sister in law's vehicles for "too much play in the steering wheel", and my Dad (who knows plenty about mechanics and automotive repair) took his vehicle (which is in fantastic condition) to a mechanics shop and was told there was nothing wrong, and that they were getting tons of complaints about Jiffy Lube failing people for things that were questionable at best. Then they failed my sister for a crack in her windshield, and when she went back after getting it replaced, instead of passing it off they made her sit in the lobby for AN HOUR to "re-do the inspection" which i've never had them do to me. Then they didn't give her the stickers for doing the On the Spot renewal because they ran out. Because of this nonsense, she's been there 4 times in the last 4 days trying to deal with them. Get it together Jiffy Lube! Bottom line: If you want to deal with a bunch of nonsense, come here. If you are busy like everyone else in the world, go somewhere else. read more

This is the best jiffy lube in Utah. I drive here from Provo because they do such a good job. The manager is an awesome gal, and she never pushes unnecessary services. Also, if she thinks another company or location can do a better job she will refer you to them instead. This is the absolute best service station in the state! read more

I usually bring my vehicles here for safety, emissions, on the spot renewal, oil change and light maintenance. Of course they try to "up sell" filters, wipers, other services, etc but they're never incorrect about the stuff needing to be done, so they're not trying to take advantage of me and I will say yes or no depending on my budget at the time. But when I need the suggested stuff done And have the budget I bring it back here because they offered the service and usually offer discounts. I trust their work. read more

I read the previous reviews and I was all ready to be told i needed things i didn't need and shown my air filter and the color of my tranny fluid etc... instead the service was quick, the guys were friendly and didn't try to upsell me anything or make it sound like I would be damaging my engine if i didn't buy the full synthetic. They changed the oil filter, topped off all fluids and recommended that I do an engine flush at some point in the future. $46 plus $8 for the oil. I've paid less at other places but with more headache. Good experience overall. read more

Worst service ever! They were slow and stupid. All I wanted was an oil change but they would charge me for other things and I would have to repeatedly tell them no. I had to remind them to check my transmission fluid twice and they overfilled it! They told me things were broken when they weren't. My very clean air filter was a "little dusty". And they stated the colors of the fluids to make it sound dire when in fact they were all the colors they were supposed to be. I feel like I've been overcharged by this crappy service. Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I can be taken advantage like this. read more

Went in today to get my emissions done, waited about 10 minutes then they came out to tell me their emission machine wasn't working. Sent me to another Jiffy Lube. Wish I had known before I sat for 10 minutes to leave with no service. I didn't have time to go to another Jiffy Lube. Very disappointed read more

During an oil change, I was told I needed services my manufacturer did not recommend for how low the miles were (the car checked out okay, so there was nothing wrong that should have made them recommend the services they did). Also, I realized they hadn't completed part of the service (vacuuming), even thought they had marked "completed" on the reciept. When I told the manager that I felt concerned that they had perhaps been dishonest with me, they simply excused my concern saying that they had been training someone. I told them "if you marked my car as vacuumed, but didn't do the service, what would keep you from saying you completed another service I can't see without actually completing that either?" Unfortunately, I will be using another location for future oil changes. read more

The service at this location is terrible. When I arrived they provided me with an estimate. I drive a truck and the estimate is only for their standard service not the service my truck needs. When it was done I asked about the extra charge above the estimate and did so calmly. I was met with hostility and anger and told the estimate is just an estimate. I know what an estimate is. I am not sure why they don't estimate what my vehicle needs. The difference is my truck takes more oil than the standard service. If they don't know what my truck needs, are they in the right business of car care. I think an estimate should be for the vehicle serviced not something else. I also know my question was asked calmly while their response was aggressively harsh. I do not recommend this location. There are other locations close by that do give proper estimates and speak kindly when questions are asked. read more

The team at JIFFY LUBE were fantastic they gave me lots of recommendations on where to go to have my battery checked and were cheerful in answering questions of concerns I had!!! Also, on an early Saturday morning they were PACKED- which means they must be doing something right at this location!! Great work!!! read more

I wanted an emissions test ONLY. I made that clear when I pulled in. Nothing else! Instead they ate checking fluids, filters, air pressures, and digging around in my car. They bring my filters in to me and try to sell me other services. Understandable if I was in for a lube, oil, filter. It's taking forever! Going on for just over an hour for an IM test. The guy I talked to said they are required to do all that extra crap. I don't like that. They even put my cabin air filter back in backward and didn't close the lid all the way. I would NEVER have them change my oil. They use pennzoil brand oil which the lab at my previous employer found to be a very crummy oil compared to most other brands. They also don't close lids very well and replace things backward. They also did not offer on-the-spot registration to me. The North Ogden location plays the same BS game, I thought this location would be better. Two stars for at least completing the emissions and being cordial. read more

I arrived 10 minutes after the shop opened. I was greeted as I pulled up and a young man opened my car door for me. Times was extreme friendly and helpful. The waiting room was neat and tidy. Hot cocoa, water, and coffee were available at no cost to the customer. Lauren was incredible-upbeat, energetic, knowledgeable, super friendly, funny, polite, basically FABULOUS!!! I had no idea I could renew my license plates here as well-she asked if that was something I would be interested in doing since I was here for a safety inspection, emissions check, and oil change. I have been a faithful Ken Garff customer for car maintenance, but was unable to book an appointment within 10 days and needed in sooner to get necessary inspections. I am thankful they were booked-my basic car maintenance business now belongs to Jiffy Lube, Farr West. I was checked in within three minutes. Lauren reviewed my air and cabin filters-neither changed. She also reviewed my differential fluid quality and antifreeze level. My total time in the building was 48 minutes. WOW!!!! read more

Recently I just took my Jeep to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, noticed a new noise in engine a week later, took to mechanic, they had overfilled by 2.5 quarts according to mechanic, put in new oil, filter and stabilizer to save engine but its now a costly fix, put in a claim to Jiffy Lube and was denied because I took it to mechanic first, if I had known I would have taken it back to them, technicians denied it all even though I remember the technician stating it was a little full but ok. I didn't even know oil overfilled did anything, I'm a mom not a mechanic and trust people I take my Jeep to, will never to this again, never take your car to Jiffy Lube!!!!!!!! read more
