I didn't get the name of the male who helped me but he was so genuine and thorough at explaining everything and I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me at all. He took care of my car and got us back on the road quickly. He even cleaned the air filter while also checking the code and filling up my car with oil. Thank you so much for the great service today and for teaching me how to check my own oil level. I won't forget that! We arrived at our destination and the oil level is good so far! :)

I was greeted nicely and offered water, and they said the wait would be about 30 minutes. I was next in line, so I figured that was fair. After 45 minutes, I decided to leave. The same car in front of me had been there the entire time, and I realized even if they called me in right then, I'd be waiting another 45 minutes for an oil change. The tech inside was bouncing back and forth between bays trying to juggle multiple cars at once. No place called "Take 5" should take 45+ minutes for a basic oil change. This isn't on the techs, they looked frustrated, overworked, and miserable. Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people or cut down to one bay, because what's happening now is just poor management. Safe to say I won't be coming back.

I do remember the young fellas and gals were pretty sloppy with the oil pouring and even overflowing on the Washer fluid, I wonder now if I just need to get the Oxygen Sensor cleaned out, or if something ended up spilling on a different plug or wire that now needs to be replaced, which sadly isn't as cheap as an oil change. Oil is still fresh on the top of the engine cover... which is weird because the guy was holding a Nice Sized Funnel... but I'm glad I was standing outside the car behind them watching them do it, just disappointed I have to spend More money even on top of their Non-discounted First time experience. We were headed too Grand Teton for a getaway. The water pump in our truck went out. We were 50…read moremiles out, and I called Big O. They were very responsive, and said to bring it in. We got towed to them around 3 pm on a Friday and were expecting to have to stay the night. The front desk said, let's see what we can do for you, and try to get you taken care of. They diagnosed the issue, jumped right on it, and had the part coming to their shop withing 20 minutes. They told me they were going to do their best to have it done before 6 pm (closing time). Wife and I went to a nice sandwich at subway across the street, walked around, and by the time we got back, around 5:20, they were just finishing up. We were back on the road by 6 pm. The whole experience with dealing with this location, was positive. The front counter was very helpful, and the mechanics did an excellent job. My mechanic who I trust told me the cost to fix my ebrake would be $1450. I thought that was high,…read moreso I took in my truck as Big O Tremonton said the could fix my ebrake for under $100. It the later found other issues like seals etc, so it cost me $1000. I'm thinking great, still saved some money. By the time I got home, my brakes were literally smoking. I took it back and they adjust it. Now they were like it was before. Not working. I gave up till my AC went out. Hell bent on not making the same mistake I went to my mechanic. They have to redo my ebrake and replace the seal. Big o can do tires (last quote for my car was almost twice what I paid at Walmart). I do not recommend Big O Tremonton.
