Even if it takes a few days to make an appointment and a few days to fix it. However, they do fix it. It may end up costing more than expected, but they seem to now buy dealership parts. I am a fan. The latest is I called at 10:00 am on Saturday and asked if they could work in a simple rotation just sometime that day. Anytime that day. Told they could before 4:30 so I said I'd drop off before noon. I was then told has to be dropped off in next 30 minutes which I did. Arrived and told it might "carry over" until Monday. Umm no, it won't. Went to Tire Choice down the street and started on it in 10 mins. What changed in that 30 minutes when Plaza knew I was dropping off? More profitable tire sale? Laziness? Totally nice, very informative, and kept me posted on pricing and explaining everything! I'm sure everyone else there is just as cool as he. All those mechanics do a lot for customers, A+ work! I wonder if the customers ever give back, even if it was just a thank you card. They get us to work and back, they keep us moving and they're excellent at doing so. I've been going to Telle Tires for over 8 years with great service. Everyone was always so…read morefriendly and always got great service. 8 months ago I started getting a 'check fuel cap' scrolling on my trip line on my dash. I tried all the regular fixes like tightening the fuel cap, but message was still scrolling. When I went in month's ago for an oil change Luke told me it was probably the Purge Valve but I could wait until my tags were due and needed an inspection. I made an appointment with Sid explaining check engine light intermittently comes on with the 'check fuel cap' message. He told me they would charge me $219 for a diagnostic. I said I don't need that, I know what the problem is. He was rude and didn't care what I had to say and I made an appointment to drop the car off on Wednesday 9/2. I went in at 9;45a to drop my car off and I met Sid. He was I just as rude in person. I told him I don't need a diagnostic because I know what the problem is. He wouldn't listen to me, he said thats not how we do things. I said why would I pay your $219 dollars to tell you whats wrong, when I'm telling what's wrong. He then said supposedly thats whats wrong, he kept talking down to me like I was a dumb woman. He then didn't want to talk to me anymore and the manager Jeff came over and was immediately was very condescending. I told him I didn't want a diagnostic I knew what the problem is. I said cant you just replace the Purge Valve and see if that resets check engine light. He also said supposedly thats wrong, it could be this or that and we need to run diagnostic that is policy. I said cant you just replace part, he said we don't do that. Jeff said Ill take $100 off. I was so upset and should have just left with my car. My ride came so I just left. I called 4 hours later and Sid answered said they haven't even looked at it, he again was not friendly or helpful. Dennis called me back a few hours later. Dennis was so nice, he a always is. He told me the Purge Valve needed to be replaced, exactly what I said but they wouldn't listen. They had to order part and wouldn't be done till the next day. If they listened to me at 10a they would have it done that day. Dennis called me around 9a and said the car was ready. I was going to talk to Jeff but only Dennis and Luke were there and they have always been nothing but nice and helpful to me through the years so I didn't want to unload on them so I paid the bill and $119 Diagnostic charge. This has really upset me because I always told everyone to take there car to this location bc they can be trusted, that they are honest and do great work. This review is solely on my interaction with the new Manager Jeff and employee Sid. It have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dennis, Luke, and the mechanics. I felt taken advantage of and dismissed. I drove out of the way to go to this location because the employees were so nice, helpful, professional and always provided excellent customer service until this day. You just lost a good customer. Do better!

I was out in probably less than 15 minutes. Josh was the cashier and he was really nice and kept me updated on the progress as they had issues with a machine. Had an hour before they open then they didn't have our size , called everywhere and no luck . James from Zisser had one but we had to wait for his vendor to drop it off . I mean we kinda didn't have a choice . Thought Walmart could patch our tires and make it out that way but it was unpatchable . James had it delivered to us for Walmart to put it on . Most shops would just be like sorry can't do that . If you wanna pick it up and bring it over there , cool . But he had someone drop it off so Walmart can put it on for us . Our trip went from a 12.5 hour drive to 24.5 hour . Spent 3 hours behind a car wreck and 6 hours getting our car done . The rest way because of heavy snow . But anyways , we appreciate James for saving our holiday . It was so stressful and he really went out of his way to help us . I'm so thankful there's still real good people and that was more than customer service because it's not his responsibility to go above and beyond like he did .
