Had a flat tire due to a valve stem leak. I'm from out of town. I dropped the tire off at 10 am. I was told it would be an hour. Two hours later I called and they said it wasn't done but he would try to have someone look into it. I showed up an hour later and he said they've been behind. Gave me my tire back and said it had a vale stem leak. They said they wouldn't charge me since it took so long. I put it back on my car and it got to looking and they didn't change/fix a single issue. Now we are stranded at night with a flat tire. I wouldn't recommend this branch. read more

I have taken my cars to Plaza Tire on Old Highway 94 for a long time. I just drop it off and the have it completed in a day or two. They keep me updated on their progress and any delays. The price is reasonable and I have bought several sets of tires there too. They always have coupon that can be used on their website. Just pull it up on your phone and show it to them. Scheduled a oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed but the oil pan plug was left loose causing a dangerous oil leak. They also attempted to sell a oil pan gasket replacement that was not necessary anddd was significantly overpriced. I am very disappointed with this experience and will be seeking service elsewhere in the future. read more

I was contacted by customer service who then ignored me for over 10 days and when they finally got back to me they told me it was my fault and that I was the one who damaged the car tried to offer me a voucher but refused a refund. I wouldn't get my car worked on here, they will damage your car and then make you pay for it. read more

Took my Chevy Silverado here and I told them there might be a leak in the condenser. They told me there was no leak and charged me $700 for a/c cool shot and a/c recharge then my a/c started blowing hot air again not even a week later, so I went back to get it checked again now they're saying there's a leak in my condenser and asking for another $700 to replace it. Don't come here unless you wanna get scammed. Waste of time and money. Worst service I ever had in my entire life. read more

Went in for Tires and alignment, tires no problem alignment cant do due to bad inner and outer tie rods. I ask how much to replace since truck was already there he quoted me 961.00 ... ok i need a second opinion. Take truck to a different shop they first laughed at that quote then told me i only needed one tie rod end. replaced the end for under 200. now apparently I have some bad TPMS i guess they just go bad when you get new tires... will not go back. Just think if you don't know to get a second opinion you would just say do it.. seems like a scam wonder how many fall for it. Plaza Tire called back the following day at 7:45 am. I was not able to answer the call. When I called back no one answered, Later that day I called Sun Auto, 877.201.6586. I was told that a district manager would call with 24 - 48 hours. No call back. I was called out of town on a family emergency but always had my phone handy. I did place a call to Plaza Tire and should get a message back this afternoon. My husband passed away this year and I really feel that because I am a woman and widow I am getting the run around. Has customer service been lost? With your lack of response I hesitate to give a rating. I would to get this resolved. read more

I had to take my car back because the day after they replaced the sensor the lights came back on. I took it to a Spirit Lexus dealer for a diagnostic check and they gave me the paper work to take to plaza so they could fix my vehicle I had already paid them almost $900 for the repair. I contacted the service guy at spirit Lexus and he also sent me a text for them to read. They replaced two more sensors and still didn't fix it after me sitting there from 10:30a m to 4:00 pm and they suggested I from now on take it to a dealer. I have had four of my vehicles work, tires oil changes done there . Well they have lost my business. read more

I was out of town today for work and needed to take a break. I also have been needing to replace my tires. I drove by this store and thought it looked promising so I pulled in and checked Yelp; it had excellent reviews so I took it a step further and went in to ask questions. I decided to proceed and wow am I grateful that I did! The store manager spoke with me partway through and told me how bad and dated my previous tires have been! I asked him how he knew the year they were made and he showed me where to find the production date on every tire. They were so friendly and helpful! They even aired up my donut tire. The people are friendly enough. But I think they are a little under trained about their services. They don't give you all the information and if they do give it to you it is different then what someone else says and you walk away scratching your head. You call and one person says something then you call back because you want to drop off your car and make sure it is correct and you are told something else and a different price. It is all touch and go when it comes to accuracy. I think if all the employees were trained properly this wouldn't be a issue. I will travel to another location if I decide to go back to plaza tires. They are a little pricey and they don't get back with you when they say they will. read more

These guys absolutely knew what they were doing.... so after another horrible time at Firestone, I chose Plaza Tire to do what the other guys couldn't or wouldn't do... Car whack out of alignment after recent repairs new struts, shocks and tie rods... Firestone completely drops the ball so I go into Plaza Tire and tell them about the experience (see my review about the Mid-Rivers Firestone) and put them in charge of making a bad deal right. The mechanical experts at Plaza Tire accepted the challenge. The camber was way off, but the strut was slotted. They got my car in the bay for my appointment ON TIME and it was ready in 45 minutes. They adjusted it no problem, did not require me to pay for any extra parts or services I didn't need. 100% Satisfied Customer, I appreciate the knowledge and experience of the seasoned mechanics at this service center. Not everyone knows about cars, they stick the key in and drive and wait for it to break before taking it into a mechanic. Bring your car in at least twice a year to have it checked over by these guys... Most major repairs can be prevented by regular maintenance. I was on my way out of town and my tire light came on. I saw this place and pulled in thinking I would be delayed at the very least an hour. The guy checked the air pressure and discovered all four tires were over-inflated. (The car dealership had done that the day before.) Terrible mechanics. I purchased tires and brakes less than one year ago. I immediately noticed something wrong with the brakes. Brought my truck back - was told mechanic put ceramic brake pads on backwards. Left the shop and again immediately noticed an issue - was told mechanic failed to properly lubricate a pin thus the brake pads were rubbing on the disc. To cut to the point, in one month, I returned 4 times - each time being told that the brakes were repaired. My truck has not been the same since - constant noise. So less than 10 months later, I am at the Ford dealership getting the brakes repaired once and for all. My discs are gone - need to be replaced. Ford says the brakes were not properly installed. I'll never return to Plaza Tire. Consider the time I took off work, the money I wasted and the hours I sat in their waiting area - my experience was a disaster. Go to a reputable shop or dealer for proper repairs and maintenance - you won't be sorry. read more

The best around... I am very new to the area and a neighbor recommended them as a good place to go as I had a broken brake pad... They got me in, they had all the parts needed, got the job done in a very expedient manor. All the employees are friendly and helpful. When they gave me the quote, it was only 1/2 of what I expected. I again had vehicle problems and had to be towed at night to them, and dropped off a key and note in the key drop box. I called them and since this was on a Saturday and a short work day the rep advised me that they were all full up and that they may be able to look at it in the afternoon (this is my only car, and need it for work that day). I got a call at approx 8:30 stating that they had worked it in early and had a bad starter. I authorized the work and they called back around 11:30 advising me that it was repaired and ready. Transportation to pick it up fell through as my neighbor was not home to give me a ride. I called and asked someone if they could pickup and they did not have anyone available, but they did have someone available to drop it off for me.... Anytime that I have vehicle problems, you can guarantee that this is the only place that I will consider regardless of the price... You cannot get better service than this anywhere. read more
