The price match was a huge bonus. I had done my homework and compared prices everywhere, and America's Tire matched the best price I found, beating everyone else. Great tires at the best price I could find, without sacrificing service. I had an appointment, everything moved quickly, and the entire process was ridiculously easy. I was in a hurry so I came back for them later. Also, I got some used tires here and they had some good ones. They let me in to the back to go see them and examine them. I said looks good to me! They got to work on my truck right away. After they inflated them, they dunked them in water to look for leaks. None. Nice! As the guy was working on installing them, he pointed out a better solution for lug nuts than what I had and made a recommendation. He didn't have to, but he did. He saved me from a big problem in the future! They also used a torque wrench to tighten. In total, it was maybe 30 minutes! All-included price for everything was fair. Credit cards accepted. Awesome service! I am very very happy and they are now my #1 go-to tire shop.

Even though I didn't purchase my tires from them, they initially offered to repair the tire at no charge. I was honestly surprised by that level of customer service. During the inspection, they discovered my locking wheel key was missing. Instead of sending me away, the team went the extra mile and was kind enough to borrow a compatible key from another customer's vehicle so they could remove my wheel. I truly appreciated the extra effort they made to help me. After inspecting the tire, they found two punctures side by side, making it unsafe to repair. They quickly located a matching pair of replacement tires, had them delivered the very next day, and installed them promptly. From start to finish, Stephen and everyone in the service shop were professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. They clearly explained why the tire couldn't be patched and never made me feel pressured. It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely puts safety and customer service first. My disappointment came when I was told by my mechanic that I my tires were bad and probably caused by poor wheel alignment.so I returned to where I bought my tires. If they had integrity or any sense of value they would've said that they cannot smog with aftermarket air cleaners. I had to pay the $50 and another $50 once I fix the issue. Lets get price out of the way, it is not bad on wheels, but not good; average on wheels in other…read morewords. Alignment is pricy especially if you do not buy tires, however here is where things get tricky with this place. If you do not buy tires, aligment is supposed to be 120 (this price should not include tax, but more on that in a bit), 90 if you buy minimum of 1 wheel in 2025. Again, this price should not be including tax as they did not indicate it does or does not, and most companies do not include tax on their advertised price unless they say otherwise, and services most of the time do not have tax as part of the listed price. Now to why this a 1 star location AND a place to avoid: We purchased 2 tires in October 2025 for 120 each (again without tax on price, this is important as it is part of the 1 star issue), and had the alignment service charged as well at the price of 90. In total with tax, we were charged 353.57; this means each wheel was charged 120, and with tax should have been about 130.50 per wheel (about 261 on wheels alone with tax). This leaves a balance of 92.57... which is 2.57 more than the 90 dollars they quoted... ok no issues so far if the service is taxed as well. I leave the car to get the tires installed and get alignment done, to which they tell me it will be done in a few hours. I come back later in the day expecting everything to be done and I get told that wheels were installed but alignment was not performed and did not bother telling me until I showed up... and they left me going WTF? They said they needed a specail part that was not available and needed to be ordered before alignment could be performed; and instead of asking me what I would like to do, they simply said they would refund me 90 dollars for the service that was not performed. I immediately told them that we needed the service and asked how long it would take for the part to arrive. They told me 2-3 days, and I asked them to not refund me that day as we need the service performed (we still do as of this writing). 2-3 days go by and nothing, no follow up calls, no updates, so I had to call and I was then told the part was delayed and they were told it would be pushed into next week but they could not provide an exact date as they were not provided a tracking number. Again, no communication on this and I had to reach out to get an update, but I wanted to get the service we paid for and told them ok we will continue waiting until the part arrives. We continue waiting until the following week and again NO UPDATE. So I called and they did not answer the phone. I called them 3 times per day throught 2 days and no replies or follow up. I then go into the shop in person to ask for an update and they tell me the part was cancelled a few days before I went in and they would refund me the money. I did not bring the card I used as I was not expecting that at all, so I left and came back the next day in the morning to get a refund. They wanted to give me 80 dollars back. I immediately told them that is wrong, and the person attending me called someone to confirm the refund amount, who specifically told them to give me 80 dollars (I heard this as well). The person attending then said sorry they said 80; I told him to hold on let me get the receipt, and unforuntately I had forgotten it at home, so I had to leave and come back in the evening after the work day. Their carbon copy receipt said 2 hand written things: Wheels x 2 Aligment No price line, no tax line. Stapled on top was the prined receipt for the credit card transaction of 353.57 I go into the shop in the evening asking to get my money back and again the person attending me said they could give 80 dollars back. I then got upset and got a little aggressive, but I told him 2 people had said 90 dollars, and if it was 80 then the price per wheel were higher than what we were told, so I asked which was it. He realized this and then said to me that price for aligment was all over the place and has seen people get quotes for 90, 80, 70, and even 50 in special situations. He finally refunded me 90 dollars and we left it at that. As mentioned before, at the start, based on total pricing, they did keep a little more, but at this stage we simply wanted out. We had decent service with them up until this point, but after this experience, we will no do business with them again.
