I had purchased tires within the last year in Virginia with the road side hazard package, so I thought I was clear to get my tire replaced free of charge. The manager informed me that the previous shop didn't set up my road side hazard package correctly, preventing work to be performed under the agreement in the road side hazard purchase - even though my account showed I purchased the package. Duane, the store manager, explained the situation thoroughly and offered to attempt to resolve the issue personally. He called the VA shop, and my record was updated in 10mins, allowing work to be performed free of charge as outlined in the road side hazard package.
