I went to this site 3 times in one week to get my NC state inspection done with no luck. The first time, the machine was down. The 2nd time, the girl came out and said she was at lunch for the next hour. She went back in bay talking with other tech, both just standing there. The third time , I called before going there, got automated answering system that stated they could do inspection. I went there and the guy working stated he was not in system, so he couldn't do inspections. I asked about phone message when calling in and he stated that was AI system from Sherman, Texas. Apparently not accurate!!! Waste of my time and gas, 3 strikes they are out.
