There was no line and the attendant came quickly to help my dad because he used cash to pay. The Car Wash was $8, It got the job done. My SUV came out clean. I was impressed it's better than the car wash I normally go to. I would recommend this Car Wash. I noticed my vehicle going slowly through the Car Wash. I guess that's just to wash every bit of my SUV, AIso, I noticed that my side view mirror was bended but I popped into place. There were lots of places to vacuum your vehicle but they were all taken. To some things up, this is not the cheapest Car Wash out there but, it will get your car cleaned. Your ride will look new again!

I asked the gentlemen (Randy) to make a incident report whom ignore my request. I've never intercounter this type unprofessionism while a customer has been injured due the lack on their part. I have reached out to corporate via email & customer service. Nothing as has been solved or even any concerns. I would not stay away this is the type customer service shouldn't be tolerated. The lack of empathy or compassion for human safety is at its lowest. He didn't even ask if I was ok.

It'd been a few years since I came to this wash, it has now apparently changed hands…read more I opted for the less expensive $40 interior and exterior Express, and it dawned that no one removed my wire Tundra antenna nor pushed in the mirrors, as was the case in the past. Thankfully, the sole casualty was a front license plate, bent into a U-shape (photo). Once out of the wash, a young man kicked aside a parking cone and marshelled me into a space for the interior portion. I was one of two vehicles in those spaces. Two other vehicles were being worked on in the detailing bays on the opposite side of the lane, and one owner was doing self-service. It was 10AM on a Wednesday morning. No one attended to my Tundra for 15 minutes; then, I noticed another young had opened the rear passenger door. A half-hour after emerging from the wash, the truck was ready. No one mentioned the bent plate, which I first noticed minutes ago, in my driveway. Generally, just a poor use of 40 minutes' worth of my life, and now I have to remove and straighten my plate. I was met at the door by the manager who was aware of my previous experience and wanted to make it good. He had the team give the truck a very good workover and did not charge me for the service. This is good customer service and the service I have been used to for many years with University Car Wash. I will continue using this service on both of my trucks. BTW - the truck does get washed regularly and in May received a 180.00 detail. We just use it and it gets dirty.

I have never left satisfied with the cleanliness of my car, including the time I paid for the $85 detail. I finally talked with a manager, John, and his customer service was as abysmal as their car cleaning abilities. He said the $25 car wash only allowed for up to five minutes of vacuuming, and thus, I received the appropriate level of cleaning I presented him with (very poor... I still had noticeable chunks of dirt in my cupholder, for example).
