All the while some guy sits there at the wholesale desk in plain view of all the waiting retail customers, and refuses to help let alone make eye contact for fear he will need to offer some customer service. They have staff in back running around attending to wholesale delivery service, which is fine, but if you are going to have a retail store, than have the expected friggin retail service.

Because that's how he handles his negative reviews. He refers to his unhappy customers as inept, idiots having personal problems and encourages them to never come back. This is who you will be dealing with.. So if you are a novice and don't know much about mechanics and what parts look like, don't go here. This place is for people that know what they're doing. If you don't, You will most likely get screwed big time. I ordered a part for my vehicle that my mechanic told me to look for. I went on their website, put in the information for my vehicle and saw that they had the part that fit my vehicle. They pulled the part. I came to pick it up. I paid them $80 for the used part and they handed me the part and the receipt. Have a nice day ma'am. I brought it to my mechanic and they said it was not the correct part. No problem.. Mistakes happen. They have a supposed 30 day return policy. When i came to return the part, they insisted it was not the part they sold me so I'm out of luck. They insisted on this because the color of the marker on the part wasn't "their color" and it had to come from somewhere else. So the rect THEY gave me was different from the part THEY gave me, and I didn't know how to tell the difference.. Since i didn't know the color or their sharpie. He had no intention of honoring his return policy. He basically acted as if i was trying to screw him over.. As if I went shopping for a worthless part at another junkyard just to bring it to him for a refund. He essentially accused me of trying to pull one over on him. The part i returned was the part that was handed to me by All Auto. It's not like i have parts hanging around. And it's not me to be dishonest and screw people over. So it certainly is NOT MY PROBLEM if they handed me a part that was incorrect. I'm a really calm and subdued person... As anyone that knows me will tell you. But this guy was so nasty and demeaning that i COMPLETELY lost my sh"@:! It's really hard to get me to that point. This has happened maybe one other time in my 48 year life. Obviously, i didn't get my refund.
