We have bought many tires for many vehicles over the years. The customer service has been up/down as the staff members change, but overall they have served us well. They aren't perfect but they have earned our loyalty and repeat business over the years. It's difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust, and these guys haven't driven me away yet. I try and schedule service appointments when I know that maintenance is coming, but their hours are very convenient whenever I have an emergency (nail in a tire, dead battery, etc.) and need a walk-in service. I don't use them for all my vehicle repairs but for the routine maintenance things they are my primary shop. As long as I have cars I will keep bringing them here. One thing to note: if you need tires but don't want Goodyear brand tires, they can get almost any brand of tire you want. Call them or go online and set it up ahead of time.

I checked the date on the battery a week later and found a date sticker of 4/22, ten months old already into a three year warranty! When I went back to the store the manager said that AutoZone sells battery's that are up to EIGHTEEN MONTHS OLD. That's half of it's three year warranty. I've owned cars for over half a century and have never heard of anything so absurd. He did say that they would honor the warranty but I'm still paying $210 for a year old battery. Is corporate dumping old stock through this store?

He said he needed to see what kind of car I had. To me this made no sense because either you can or you can't install a light bulb. Maybe I'm wrong. So going to the parking lot he tells me to "pop my hood" so I pop it. Keep in mind. I have a factory car. No mods/upgrades, nothing super fancy a regular mass model SUV. He looks at the headlight, and tells me he can't install it without un-screwing nuts and bolts and such and he can't do that because it's a liability. That's all fine and dandy. But I told this guy when I got up to the counter my make and model of my car and asked if they could install it right then and there. Why waste my time going to the parking lot, and doing all that if they can't unscrew/unbolt the headlight. I don't know much about cars but I'm pretty sure mine isn't the only one that has bolts on the headlight. After shutting the hood he says "aren't you going to come back inside and buy the bulb" and I said "well not if you guys can't install it. I definitely can't install it myself" and he said "well you can still buy the light bulb". I don't understand. Don't make somebody go through all of that if you can't even install it. No I didn't buy the light bulb because I can't install it myself. Just a big disappointment from this place all together.

After she did get pricing and availability, she said she would call me back after she talked to the shop manager. Well.....never got a phone call. I was going to spend $2000 of my hard earned money here, but I guess they didn't need my business. Sorry you hate your job, I hope things start getting better for you.

Had truck towed to shop after it went into limp mode on roadtrip visiting home. Had water pump,…read morebelts, spark plugs and wires replaced as well as coolant reservoir. Picked it up and ac was blowing hot. When I dropped it off it was blowing cold. I asked the mechanic to verify it was safe and good to make it home, and he told me yes. Drove an hour and a half to pick up the truck. Truck broke down maybe 50 yards down the road. Mechanic towed it back down to shop. Drove back home. He cut the catalytic converters to unclog them, replaced the AC compressor and condenser. Took it on another drive and it went into limp mode again. Turns out it was a faulty MAF sensor that I originally voiced my concerns about the MAF system being the problem. They've been pretty good with the customer service, my phone calls were answered with little to no waiting time. Truck was in shop for 3 weeks. They kept my furniture that was in the bed safe and dry for me. Pricing was fair. It made it back home, but all the check engine lights came back on, when he told me it only had one catalytic converter code. The truck is driving good though.
