I made an appointment for oil change. And upon arriving they said they didn't have the oil for my car. So I drove to autozone, bought the oil and brought it back for them to change it. The service was quick . The only con is that after it was done, I drove home and my check engine light turned on, I was shocked and went to Oreilly's to use their machine & check. Turns out one of the pipes under the hood was disconnected I forgot what pipe it was, but the oreilly's staff was nice enough to reconnect it and tighten it. But, would've been great if the walmart staff had been more careful during the change. Maybe it's also a precaution to check everything throughout the car after a service at walmart auto. Don't know if the mechanics handling is well trained / knowledgeable. read more

The total came to $565.42 after the installation cost, disposal fees, and taxes. I shopped around, and that was the best price I could find for good quality tires with a 65,000 mile range. I showed a little late a little late for my appointment, but it wasn't a problem. A friendly woman at the counter helped me get started, and they installed my tires in about an hour and a half. I was impressed by the affordable prices for all weather tires in comparison to Amazon, Pep boys, Les Schwab. Then, I decided from now on, my first lookout for tires would be Walmart. My tires have 60K warranty miles and it's still running fine. I got the best deal. I have been to this center couple of times for oil change and tire change. I am happy with their service. I was a mechanic in Sacramento for ten years, it's known Walmart is garbage. But total honesty they are cheap af. I got a complete set of tires with installation for $450 that's less than half of a reputable tire place. You just have to know going in it's cheap for a reason. First never get an oil change there they will mess something up you can't see and it will cause a bigger problem. Also, drop your car off for the tires. Even if you have an appointment it will take over an hour for them to get to it that's bull a full set of tires takes 30-45 minutes with an appointment if you're slow moving. There is no service advisor, you're gonna have to open the shop door and yell at em. The call button on the payment screen doesn't work, also calls are ignored. So you gotta be a little bit good on em. Also the first person that tells you how long will lie because they're afraid of confrontation double the time estimate they tell you. You don't want to be walking around Walmart for two hours waiting on a text. Also, if they tell you anything is broken don't listen, they work at Walmart for a reason. Or maybe they broke it and are trying to pawn it off, seen that too. Especially this location. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could! My husband went in at 6pm because he had a messed up tire and wanted to get that looked at and everywhere else closes by 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. He went in the guy that was there was very rude. Someone needs to teach them how to be polite and help someone out and could have been nicer. Quick and simple. DO NOT COME here for any type of Auto service. I came here on a weekday during my lunch for a simple oil change. Upon arrival, there was only one car inside the shop and I could see the mechanic working on it, so relatively I was next. The clerk assured me it would only take 1 to 1 hour 1/2 for my oil change. I'm thinking okay, it'll probably take less than 1 hour or so which isn't too bad. I was totally WRONG.. I waited over 3 hours for an oil change. THREE LONG HOURS.. If you search on google "How long does an oil change", it should only take 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Any-who, about 2 hours in and I asked the clerk how much longer is it going to take.. and she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to cancel the service. What kind of service are they providing? I'm assuming this happens frequently and I will NEVER COME BACK. read more

I have been calling and they say to come in at opening at 7am for a oil change. I get here at 7 and there's only two other cars. They tell me they cannot give me a tire rotation which is also 20$ more, it doesn't come with an oil change for some reason. I ask them to top off my break and power steering fluid and they tell me they can't because I bought the cheaper oil change? Bought tires here with the "Road Hazzard" protection. We ended up with a nail in our tire within a month of our purchase. Knowing how bad their walk-in wiat times are, we made an appointment to get the tire repaired. Literally a five-minute fix. We get to our appointment. A whole hour goes by and they still "havent gotten to it". We grabbed our keys and moved on. No repairs made. Yes, the tires were inexpensive, but the service here is horrible. read more

We were very excited to find quality tires (the ones we were looking for) on Wal-Mart.com. We had them shipped here to pick up using the site to store option. Sadly, there were two people working there, the woman looked like she was looking for something the entire time we were in line not acknowledging any customers. We waited for ten minutes with one person in front of us. They sent us to the Layaway counter in the back of the store to pay for the tires. Went in first thing, 3rd vehicle in line. Wax told it would take an hour and only allowed to get an oil change. They are currently unable to replace air filters, front / back bulbs, fuel service etc. It ended up taking over 3 hours. Had to return over $100 frozen food. Worst place ever to get tires. 3 to 4 hour wait just to be forced to buy things you don't want. Got new tires for my mom's car yesterday everything was good until we went to pay. There was a $48 charge for lifetime balancing and rotation I explained I didn't want and they would not check me out until I agreed to pay for it. The manager was very rude and aggressive told me there was no other manager to speak to and she was the only one in charge. She said this was mandatory though there is no sign or anything explaining that and when I got my tires 11 months ago they did not make me get this service. I came here to buy a new battery and installation on my car. Didn't bother to check if they did the job or not. The next day, my car did not feel strong when I turned the ignition on. Checked under the hood, my old battery was still there. I think they just charged up the old battery and charged me for a new battery and installation. I worked here, we did about 20 to 30 cars per day changing oil and installing tires. Most times it has been difficult to find people to do maintenance on the vehicles. Every stinkin' day there is a shitty customer that complain about what we faq ing did. Our supervisor lets us know and our whole day is crap. Wallys attract the shittiest customers there is. We get in these stinkin cars and it is just out of this world gross. The worst is getting into a car with bloody snot, boogers and loogies all over the driver side. We had to make out manager drive that POS in! Stinkin cars that smell of dog, shit and feet. Cars that smell like bums from San Francisco Civic Center! WTF. Go here and leave your car, pick it up when they get done. They are usually done at the end of the day.
