Today I arrived at Walmart without an appointment and got a tire quote and for an estimate for how long it would take to get new tires on. Thomas helped get me setup with the tires I needed and then I left to go shop while I waited. I knew it could take around 2 hours etc. and surprisingly I was still shopping when they were done with my car. It was a great experience and I would recommend Thomas to anyone. I just got an oil change on my girlfriend's 2020 Toyota Yaris XLE. I opted for the Penzoil full synthetic and received a windshield sticker advising to bring the car back after only 3k miles. this is absolutely absurd. Neat little scheme to get customers to bring their vehicles back in thousands of miles premature for an oil change. Super dirty way to do business. We will be doing oil changes at home or going toJiffyLube when in a pinch. What a joke. read more

I went in for a battery replacement. They accepted the vehicle, then cancelled the service request, stating "there is a broken bolt" that they could not fix. So, I felt my only option would be to take it to the dealership. Turns out there was nothing broken. Seems that they just didn't want to do the work. :( read more

If I can give a zero star rating I would Took my car for an oil change 20 minutes before they Closed I sat in my car and watched the employees just stare at me thinking if they didn't talk to me long enough I would just drive away when he did come over he seemed very annoyed that I was there I used to manage a oil changers so I know a drain and fill should only take 10 minutes tops I was the only car there and they told me it was gonna be a half hour they were supposed to check my tires they didn't they were supposed to reset my maintenance light they didn't they were supposed to vacuum the floors they didn't They were supposed to wash my front window they didn't on the inspection report it said I declined all those services which I didn't it also says they did a light check and all of my lights were good I then brought an employee out to show him that I know I have three different lights that are out and his response was I must've missed clicked on those three lights I can see maybe miss clicking one or two but three different lights when I physically watched him not do a light check at all then he wanted to stand there and lie to my face I'm starting to wonder if they even did the oil change I'm never taking my car back read more

They are very slow.. Takes in 1 hour to change the oil... One time they back up another car. Ahead of me.

Nope! I pulled up and the guy seemed irritated and flustered. I asked for an oil change and to have the fluids checked and topped off. He said they don't do the coolant. Weird, but ok. I asked that he made sure they reset my maintenance light. He promises they will. We get out and go inside. Do all the paperwork. I ask about how long - and he LAUGHS and tells me 2 hours. Now that I already did paperwork and am stuck in line. So we wait. They take THREE HOURS. And the employees are rude. And unprofessional. I had to wait behind 8 asshats just buying junk at the auto counter because they are selfish vile humans. Pay. Get my car and - they hadn't reset the maintenance light. I go BACK IN and the guy comes and tries several things. Goes back inside for a while asking around how to do it. Then comes back with a manual and fusses with it for a while. And still can't get it. At this point I'm 3.5 or 4 hours in. FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. AND MY LIGHT IS STILL ON. I left. Never going back. My time is worth more than any price difference. read more

Let's start with I had to buy a new battery for my infinity G37 so I drove home to change cars and bring the infinity, I called before bringing it to make sure it was free installation of the battery I just purchased, I get there and a guy said we can't change your battery because we would be responsible if we lost your clips to your car, ugh what? So you are telling me "professionals" that change battery's to cars every day can't change my battery which sits right on top under my hood, because they are scared to lose my clips! More like they didn't want to do it in the first place, if that was the case than I would have bought my battery at AutoZone but I didn't have the tools to change battery myself! I needed an oil change everywhere I went there was a two hour wait. I came to Walmart Auto Care Center it was a two hour wait also. While waiting in line outside the bay I observed one of the technicians start a customers truck to move it and left it in gear. The truck lunged forward and jerked to a stop I knew exactly what happened. I watched another tech try to install my new wiper blades and took him 20 minutes. I went into the waiting room and it looked like a waiting room of some police station or jail. Totally bare except for pictures of the managers and technicians on the walls, oh and a tv on the wall with check software update screen showing. I Specifically requested a specific type of oil and I observed them getting ready to put in a different brand and stopped them to remind them what I requested when I registered. Only go if it's your last choice. They texted me that my truck was done I went to the register and he walked away left me standing and went to another register that had a line of 8 people. horrible. they stripped the oil plug and tightened it so much it freespins in place. So if you want to never be able to change your oil again go to Walmart. If you want your car to run for a long time go anywhere else. read more

So I had a few issue with the auto care. One when I called to find out about a filter I was told that I needed to come in so they could check my engine and was hung up. (I've gone to this store before and it's on record they know what filter I need) but whatever I show up and I got an oil change on Sunday it was super packed 2 hour wait no big deal I waited got there around 4 something car was done around 6:40ish. Second issue I go in they tell me they couldn't get to the air filter no big deal they couldn't last time. Well turns out they tried to and broke a clamp to my air filter didn't tell me and now I have to replace it.... next thing they did and didn't tell me was spilled oil on the engine of the car!!! Why didn't anyone tell me those facts? Will never take my car here again. read more
