The balance and the flowers chosen for this arrangement was well thought out and I just have to say it was outstanding. As a retired FTD florist/ shop owner, I am very critical of arrangements I receive (I never tell the sender). But I am proud to say I did not move a single flower in this arrangement. Before selling my shop and going to work in our other family business (joining my husband), I had four full time designers and two part time. There were four shops in town. Ours stood out thanks to my great staff and a mother who taught me design at age 16. I am telling this long story because it is difficult to pick a shop if you are new, or calling in an order. They said they would do their best to get that done. I received an email around 3 that it was ready to pick up. (I live outside their delivery area). The important take away for this story is: 1. I called the store and actually got to speak with a person. 2. They said they would do their best to get it assembled on Saturday even though the assembly team wouldn't be in until Monday. 3. Sears is out of business and all they have for sale is its name, so the corporation sales it's name to anyone who will pay the price. After all the name Sears has a history of good customer service, however since they went bankrupt they don't care about their reputation so they don't care how these unscrupulous businesses they sell their name to treats the customers. And when the customers complain, thinking that the Sears Corporation will treat them fairly they find out that the only thing that is Sears about them is their name. Avoid these establishments like the plague.
