(I'll take it if it's quality, and that's why I've stuck with them.) They'll offer a warranty on every purchase. DON'T fall for it because even if your plants die they'll fight you tooth and nail over why your plant isn't really dead (why it was human error which conveniently isn't covered by their warranty.) They've asked me to dig the plants at my mother's home and bring it back to them (some are massive!) do scratch tests, send pics, it's never sufficient and frankly it's getting exhausting. I have spent thousands over the years on soil, plants, flowers, trees, bushes, etc. but I'm so over it. The customer service (at least warranty) provides little service as possible. I've recommended family members to them and they have run into similar issues and I'm just not going to make recommendations nor shop there myself. My recent issue was with a purchased Japanese maple under the 5-year warranty (which costs extra) and they refused to honor it due to human error. Yet the one I got in the front yard (might I add at half the price, from a company online) is doing fantastic. What I do recommend: buy online, or any nearby home improvement store - at least you'll get a deal so you're not out hundreds of dollars if anything dies or needs replacing down the road. I'm so tired of burning extra money for "quality" I don't reap the benefits of at Glover. (Adding this in response to the business owner below: I took the tree out yesterday that your team of experts just last week gave recommendations on for it having "viable signs of growth". The trunk snapped - all light brown, completely dead. And the only reason they had the idea of depth was because that is what I told them might have happened. You lost a customer. What a joke)

Someone I know moved to Utah recently, so it's the first time I've sent flowers to someone there. I always try to order through a local florist because they're usually better than the nationwide florist sites. The Gibby site had a lot of options, and I placed an online order for exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I received my order confirmation, but then I received an email with a photo of the finished arrangement indicating it was ready for delivery. It was so nice to actually see what was being delivered. Most places that send a photo just send their standard photo from their website, so this is really a cut above. A short while later, I received a call from the delivery person. They were super nice and said they were at the delivery address but no one was home, no neighbors were home, and it was very hot outside so leaving them on the porch would probably ruin them. We chatted about options, she gave me the local temperature, and we decided that she would leave a note, take the flowers back to the shop, and try to deliver them again the next day. I just heard from the happy recipient that they have received the flowers and they are gorgeous. I really appreciated not only how beautiful the arrangement turned out, but how well Gibby's kept me updated on my order status with a completed photo, and the very caring and patient delivery person who made sure the recipient received my order in the best condition possible. This person cared about my order and ensured my recipient received it in the best condition possible. Thank you Gibby Floral!

I called the Floral Patch on the same morning I was hoping to have a delivery of an odd number of roses delivered. I was very much prepared to be disappointed like I have been so frequently by online stores who rattle off some bureaucratic policy as their justification for not being able to deliver. It was such an incredibly bright spot of the day to have the owner reach out and personally guarantee that the flowers would be there even though the closest branch of the shop didn't have sufficient numbers of flowers they needed to complete my order. When I told them that's okay if we had to go with some other arrangement, the representing who helped told me the flowers were already on the truck heading to be arranged. To have that kind of sense of personal care and service at such a reasonable price is the perfect combination. I certainly am not going to get flowers from anywhere except for the Flower Patch here on out. I can't even begin to tell you how highly I recommend them.
