She told me the woman ahead of me was her last customer. The pharmacy was closed. I told her it would only take a minute; I was out of the medication and would not be able to sleep without it. I knew it was ready because the doctor's office had told me a couple of hours earlier that it had been called in. She pointed to a sign saying the pharmacy was closed. I asked if she had heard what I said. She said she had, but they were closed. She delivered prescriptions to the two people ahead of me then closed the window. I need to find a new pharmacy. CVS is clearly too big to care about its customers. Since the pharmacy is one of the main reasons I shop at Target in the first place, I won't be going to Target as often.

The following month the same problem but this time the girl said she had no idea when my prescription would be filled and I had to go to the store to find this out. What if this was some life saving medication? They were just going let script go unfilled and not let me know they do know until I collapse? Luckily my medication isn't for something major. In fact, they filled an RX for me the next day because I was leaving on a trip and really needed the RX; I thought this was very nice of them. Thank you to all the hard working employees there. At times, the pharmacy is very backed up. Who's fault is that, the Corporation. I don't know if CVS won't pay them overtime at their discretion, but when they get so backed up, they should be able to work overtime if they can. CVS needs to be aware of customer comments because it doesn't take much to lose one's business.
