Overall and with the only exception being Gavin, the electronic department employees at this store offered nothing but terrible customer service when I needed assistance at the photo center. It states at the photo center "use your cable or ask to borrow ours." When I asked to borrow their USB-C cable, the employee simply said they didn't have one so tough luck, which is false advertising. When I asked another employee to please see what a supervisor could do to assist he said yes but then walked away and never got back to me .Then they told me I had to buy the USB-C cable to use at their photo center. It is clearly a lack of training and carelessness. It was a waste of time, but they don't care. Employees are unhelpful, irresponsible and unwilling or capable of problem solving to help customers. Even when I spoke to a department supervisor, he just apologized but could have done more given how long I was there and for the situation but chose not to. I shop at this Walmart, even though I live right by another Walmart in a different city, but have to drive to this one for mainly wider selection of specific products (like the other day I urgently needed Adjustable foot stabilizer) or money services go much more smoothly as it's a whole separate department for that kind of service unlike other stores. Okay, so unlike all the other Walmart's I've been to, this one has been the worst! Especially because of the whole pandemic. Today, there were two homeless. One of them approached up close to me in line with a shopping cart. I was cut off and he specifically said out loud, "are you kidding me, why is everyone acting like the world is poisoned?" Not only he didn't have a mask, but he was spitting. He also wasn't 6ft distant from the person in front of him. I simply decided to go to this location because I happened to be passing through this area, and it was the nearest one...BIG MISTAKE!!! All I wanted to do was return a $12 set of headphones. Honestly worst walmart or even establishment i'v ever walked inside. Service is so poor that I felt personally attacked. I had a cart worth of $400 and they forced me to do self-checkout . When I was already hesistent on doing so since I knew that was going to be messy , when I was leaving they accused me of stealing and held me back for a whole 30 minutes! Then realizing the items didn't even have tags on them! All could have been solved if someone just did their job at the counter. Awful place, awful service and rude staff.
