DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 1. Because this place is a mess, in every way you could possibly imagine! 2. Because the customer service is so bad, it's almost as if it's on purpose. It cannot be this bad unless there is a lot of intention behind it. I went to this place last year to get a gift card and the lady helping me asked me if I wanted to open a walmart card and save some % on my purchase. I accepted, got the walmart credit card, and purchased my gift card. Yesterday I went back to do the exact same thing, and all I got was a whole lot of attitude. They claim you can't buy gift cards with credit because it's basically like buying a debit card, even though the card says that you have no access to ATM's or Cash. We called the walmart customer service, they said that there is no problem, called an other walmart center something, they said it's ok, but the salesperson and her manager wouldn't budge. They basically told the lady they had called for permission that even if you're ok with it, we're not going to make this sale. In the end it came down to that "at this store we've had some problems so we have decided to no longer sell gift cards unless you're paying with cash or debit. You can always try another Walmart store." WOW. It must be so nice to just make up your own rules as you go. But if a store doesn't do what it promised to do, that store is not for me. And if it's not for you either, stay away from this hellhole. read more

A trip to this Walmart feels like punishment for all the mistakes you've made in your life. There is no logical form of organization, the aisles are tiny, and everything you need is behind a glass wall with associates nowhere to be found. $1 screwdriver takes 45 minutes to get from behind a locked glass door, but if you need a hatchet you can just grab it and go. And I think the escalator just permanently smells like farts at this point. read more

Had to wait over ten min to get vitamins that they have locked up. When I went to go get help the employee was extremely rude. This Walmart has mostly everything locked up like make up,paint, glitter, socks,and so much more. It's inconvenient and a waste of time. Went to this Walmart to find winter gloves. Had to hunt down representative, that works in men's department asked, where were gloves told we don't have any. I found section with gloves, asked same representative to unlock glass. Not told I'll be with you in a minute, but was told I'll have to wait because I'm busy. Waited, representative finally came in unlocked glass grab the gloves I pointed at said I have to take them up to the register and start walking away. I said I would like to look at them first. On Jan 2nd I went to return a Christmas "seasonal item" but was told they don't accept seasonal item to be returned. If they do they will only refund at the current sale price. I asked where in the Return policy does it state that? I didn't get an answer. After manager came I asked him to point out in policy. He said he will print it out. I then decided to leave and look online. I didn't find anything stating their claims. Instead I found a holiday return policy stating it will EXTEND RETURNS for items with LIMITED TIME RETURNS OF 14 or 30 days (I will include pic)! I will definitely not be returning to this location because similar things have happened to me before. The reason I return is because I tend to forgive & forget but not when they take policies & change them to meet their needs and undermine their customers. read more

I went to go get some stuff I needed since I live near by but after this experience won't come back no more to Walmart . Well first went to get some from where the makeup aisle is everything locked up and had to find a employee their she was very helpful though she seemed a bit stressed tho haven't to deal with everyone asking her for help because of how everything locked up but she was very nice and helped me though excellent work . Then went to get some toothbrush head part for my toothbrush to replace . The lady their was also very helpful and very nice and open the case and all and got me my stuff . Then when it came to get my vitamins kept pressing the button no help at all had to go find a lady she was helping someone else and gave the person their stuff which was medicine that was locked up without having to take it to a register or putting it in a case . When I asked her for help though just for vitamins she took it all the way to the register felt she discriminated me . She took it to a register and when I went to pay took so long the line was long and slow . Overall after the last lady wasn't feeling very happy about this experience. I cant see myself going again in the future with it being like this . Won't come back to Walmart no more read more

I've asked at least 10 employees if they could please get me a shopping cart because I had a whole bunch of crap in my hands not one of them could do it. They all said I had to do it. Oct-08-2023 at around 6:15pm my ten year old and I walk into the electronic department and we're treaded very rudely by "John" and Charles. And I say "John" because as soon as they noticed they were being rude "John" removed his name tag. They refuse to help my son find a memory card because according to them they were leaving but did have time to provide service to an older White lady, racist much I felt. My son finished shopping and guess what they were still there. Sad that in 2023 we still experience this kind of treatment and behavior due to what we look like. Stay far away from them if you are going to their money center. If you need to send money or pay a bill go to a direct money gram or a western union. I recently visited my close friend in the Philippines and while I was there I ran out of cash and my cards were not working due to suspicion of fraud so my friend was kind enough to fit the bill. Well when I got back to the states and tried send him back his money I had while I was there I was denied by Walmart associate Esmeralda. I then I ask to speak to a manager who happened to be a very unpleasant man named Richard I explained to him I just wanted to pay back my friend and he told me no because it's a "business transaction" when I challenged him on his call and ask to see the definition of "business transaction" he refused and just said it's "Walmart's policy". I went to Walmart to buy similac spit up for my baby . i asked an employee to get it for me & I was looking at the expiration dates & one of the cans expired January 2019 & the other one February 2020 . I told the employee that they were expired & she said she was going to leave them there because she had to ask her manager what her manager wanted to do with them but she just left them on the counter. i don't understand what there is to ask about the formula is it's already expired why leave them on the counter . My son had straight As and I let him pick out a toy as a reward. We live in Santa Monica. Online, Walmart had two transformers toys for the price of one. We bought it and headed out 14 miles away. Went to pick it up, turns out the pulled a random, similar toy and said that's all they had. Asked for a refund and they said they couldn't because their system was down. This place is a zoo! Once you make it through the jungle they call a parking lot and finally find a parking space you have to dodge the little kids selling chocolate, and the adults selling random food from their trunk. Why!! Okay upon entering the store it has a putrid smell and is crowded as all hell. Talk about total chaos and disarray. The store should have metal detectors, I bet about 60% of the people in there were packing heat. LOL! I was hella scared. All I was trying to do is return an item that I mistakenly bought 2 of when I went to the Porter Ranch Walmart. The return area is to the right I wanted to turn right around when I saw the line, but I had already fought my way through the parking lot and I wanted to feel that my parking lot battle wasn't in vain. I stood in line and I guess that the person that decided to stand behind me either didn't know about personal space or didn't believe in it. I literally had to turn around and tell her to please back up. I finally make it to the front of the line and the cashier lady thought it would be a good time to put boxes away and talk to her coworkers instead of focusing on the line that's half way out the door. The other 2 cashiers were too busy arguing with customers about why they couldn't return their items. I eventually made it out mentally scarred but I survived. LOL! Be aware some of the cashiers might over charge you like the one named AURORA I had tonight. She was charging me $100 when I only had $60 worth of stuff. I know my math. When I asked her why my total was so high, when I knew I didn't have many things she just gave me an attitude and said that was my total. Thankfully a manager was around and rang my things again and it turned out it was a $30 difference. Thank god i did the math beforehand or this lady would've gotten away with it. So this store has the UTMOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there yesterday with my TEEN DAUGHTER and my 1year old BABY. I was trying to try on a shirt and needed a fitting room. The ones that were available were too small to fit my children and myself. So then i proceeded to ask a rep to open the handicap room since it was larger and accommodating. The Asian lady that responded kept looking at me and my daughter with confusion. I just asked her to please unlock the room and she insisted that MY MINOR CHILDREN WAIT OUTSIDE while I try on my clothes. I am their MOTHER and I will not have my children be unattended ! After repeating myself that I wanted my children with ME, she insisted on the contrary. She gave me a disgusted rather look as to why I couldn't leave my children . She's crazy . I'm not gonna do that. So well I decided with her disgusting unprofessional attitude and behavior, that I would forego the purchase of my items since I couldn't try them on. You think that's bad, well, then I needed to go to the restroom, and since I had my BABY in the cart , I proceeded to go in the restroom with the cart. Instead of this lady telling me nicely that I couldn't enter with cart, she RUDELY commanded me to NOT ENTER with so said cart. There is a way to speak to your customers. This wasn't it .
