There was no effort to be polite or respectful, which is the minimum expected in a customer service role--especially in a pharmacy setting where people may already be stressed or unwell. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service should always be handled with respect and professionalism. There was another gentleman that helped with the Walgreens app to get the photos uploaded. I had shopped the same prints around and were being charge 2x to 3x the regular price of Walgreens. Getting a coupon was just a plus. I am really happy with the results and with service I received.
