It's really rare for me to come to this Walmart just because I don't like the location. I don't feel safe in this area especially at night so I avoid it at all cost. I mostly go to the one near my work in Simi Valley or Burbank. So what brings me today, I was looking for some baby facial wipes and I saw that Walmart had a great deal on it at this location only. All other Walmart location has it for triple the price, which is shocking. So I ordered it online so I could go pick it up. My order was ready in the morning so that's when I came. I also had to get some more baby food and snacks for my daughter so I walked inside the store. The baby stuff are on the second floor toward the back which isn't efficient in my mind but maybe it's due to people stealing baby items. This is a pretty good Walmart location. There are some reasons I prefer other locations to this one, but they still have everything you expect from Walmart, all with great prices, so generally when I go here it is a good shopping experience. Pros: Great prices, and they sometimes have items that the other local Walmart locations do not have in stock. Cons: A lot of the items are locked up due to theft, and staff sometimes takes a long time to assist you when you are waiting. Its an unfortunate reality but it does add to the time spent in store. read more

i needed some last minute movie party supplies. VERY VERY VERY small party supplies selection. No table cloths at all. i couldn't believe it. I ended up just getting my smore's ingredients and some popcorn. i was very disappointed wanted to save some money with party supplies but to my surprise they didn't have that. I remember the days that nothing was locked in this Walmart location. However, now almost everything is locked up. The only sections that are not locked are grocery section , women clothing and some other departments. It takes at least 10 minutes to get an associate to help with cosmetics, and pharmacy department. Sometimes it takes longer to get help and I see people giving up and Leaving. Most of the associates in the store are nice and friendly. Lines can be long, but there is self check out for the people who don't have a lot of items. Young pharmacy technician can be really rude and very demanding. She is very unprofessional and I try to avoid and not go to her line. For parking, this location has a huge parking lot and it is easy to find parking spot during the day. read more

Downloaded app previously to shop and do a pickup and decided to do it again. I needed a few things for my new place. Most were out of stock in Porter Ranch so had to go to Panorama City. Ordering is easy. App is very user friendly. I received an email where to go and next steps. I opted to bring my own shopping bags to save ten cents a bag. Ricardo came out quickly and helped me fill my bags and load up my trunk. I really like this option to shop. Especially with my schedule. read more

By far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. If I can give you one piece of advice it would be to skip shopping here. I live kinda far from this location but sometimes wanna save some $ using Walmart. This is the SECOND time I've been here and been asked to leave my cart outside of cosmetics and when I checkout at cosmetics, my cart and all my items are GONE!!!!! I spent probably an hour shopping in here and patiently waiting for employees to open up cabinets for me and in the 10 min I was in cosmetics section all my stuff is gone!!! If you really need to go to this location, then you'll check the box and get what you need. However if you have a choice, I would definitely go elsewhere. Parking is horrible. Not the cleanest. Very unorganized. And the lines to pay just take forever. This location does not have a produce section or a meat section. The good thing is it's a Walmart so the prices are cheap but other than that, I would definitely scout out a different location. read more

I am in the area so I decided to shop here while getting my steps as well. I went to the 2nd floor and started my walk from the Baby and Toddler section. The area is organized and fully stocked but not well lit. Moving along, I found some socks at 98cents for 3 pairs at the Boys Fashion section. It was a good deal!!! I purchased 15pairs. After finishing at the second floor, I went down to pick up a few items. First floor was busy especially the frozen food section as well as the cosmetics area. Extremely Disappointed with Janet at the Money Center I had an awful experience with Janet at the Walmart Money Center. From the moment I approached her, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like she had no time for my questions or concerns. To make matters worse, she outright lied to me about the fees and process, seemingly trying to scam me out of more money. When I questioned her about it, she became even more hostile and unprofessional. I've never encountered such poor customer service in a place like Walmart. Janet's behavior was unacceptable, and it's clear she doesn't care about helping customers. Management seriously needs to address this because no one should be treated this way when seeking assistance. Avoid dealing with her if you can--save yourself the frustration. My sister and I went to the self checkout and scanned a black sports bra. Suddenly the computer didn't want to accept it, so we asked for help. This skinny Latina with blonde highlights (wasn't able to get her name) came up to us and scanned her card. Then proceeds with "this item is discontinued, is no longer being sold by the retailer", so then she tells my sister "let me see" grabs it from her hand and walks away. We thought she was gonna go and see what we can do but she legit just threw the item in a cart and ran off who knows where. So we got pissed because wtf! So we went back around to the area that my sister got the sports bra from and there was a bunch more. So clearly idk wtf was wrong with that twig, but she needs to handle things a lot better. Also there was an Asian lady, who we asked for help and was very rude and ignorant. And apart from that, there was 2 guys by a door just standing there doing nothing but talking to each other. I wish I could give negative stars, Employees are rude here, it's very dirty, and the truth. Covid might have started here as a experiment, experience 62 dirt. I had a gift card for $100 and my groceries went over a little bit so I tried to pay cash and the woman wouldn't let me and told me there was a line and pushed me out of the line not literally but told me to leave gave me back my gift card and promise my money was back on my card. Come to find out I come back a few days later and try to use my gift card and all of my money was gone. I was at Walmart for eight hours trying to explain the situation to them. This is not where you want to shop. I've traveled the country, been to dozens of Walmarts and by far this place is the ugliest, most poorly stocked and the customer service definitely doesn't understand what the meaning of their job title is. Got a space heater as a gift, stopped working after a few weeks so took it to the Walmart I was closest to, no receipt since was a gift but I just wanted to exchange it. It's cold and really do need one so when I'm told they will not accept the return because it's a little dusty and was bought at a different store that they would not accept it for exchange or store credit. It's not policy, it's not what Walmart is about. This unfortunately just happens to be the one rotten apple that has now spoiled the batch. I will not shop after any Walmart again. Amazon is better, cheaper and will accept returns no matter where you are. Stay far away or I promise you will say that you should have listened to a very honest review. Never been to a two story Walmart before. While I didn't check out the second floor, as I came into find one time, which the Walmart App told me this location had. Sure enough, they had two items of what I needed. I picked them up, scanned them on the app, paid and left. This place was dirty from the moment you pulled into the parking lot, the moment you walk into the store and while in the store. Things are all over the place, messy and is very crowded. Avoid this business at all costs. This Walmart is awful and dirty. The customer service is terrible!!! I think they must be very understaffed for managers we had to wait almost 30 minutes for a manager to show up at the return counter. they do not enforce masks And too many customers were walking around without them. We waited in line for more than 20 minutes to check out. We also witnessed a disturbing exchange. A man in a wheelchair who was berating the customer service folks said at one point, "If I had a gun, I would shoot somebody." This was reported to security. They did absolutely nothing - - to protect their employees or their customers. I've been to the Walmart in Porter Ranch. So much better managed. Better Customer service. Cleaner store. Overall and with the only exception being Gavin, the electronic department employees at this store offered nothing but terrible customer service when I needed assistance at the photo center. It states at the photo center "use your cable or ask to borrow ours." When I asked to borrow their USB-C cable, the employee simply said they didn't have one so tough luck, which is false advertising. When I asked another employee to please see what a supervisor could do to assist he said yes but then walked away and never got back to me .Then they told me I had to buy the USB-C cable to use at their photo center. It is clearly a lack of training and carelessness. It was a waste of time, but they don't care. Employees are unhelpful, irresponsible and unwilling or capable of problem solving to help customers. Even when I spoke to a department supervisor, he just apologized but could have done more given how long I was there and for the situation but chose not to. I shop at this Walmart, even though I live right by another Walmart in a different city, but have to drive to this one for mainly wider selection of specific products (like the other day I urgently needed Adjustable foot stabilizer) or money services go much more smoothly as it's a whole separate department for that kind of service unlike other stores.
