Then they were struggling to find the medication. My doctor sent in a 3 months script for refills to avoid this happening. They received my script 2 weeks ago and knew it was due to be filled yesterday. They are out of stock and stayed to find somewhere else. I'm assuming I'm just being blacklisted by them because they are made I've been making complaints about receiving my medication and the correct amount. My doctor told me if this happened again after sending in a 3 months script in advance, giving them ample time to order and get the meds in, to let him know. The office keeps a list of pharmacies that patients struggle getting their meds through. So sadly I'm going to have to let him know to add arbor lakes to that list. All other pharmacies are telling me they have no issues currently finding my meds. Not sure why arbor lakes struggles. I've done nothing wrong in my behalf!

Since I do not have transportation and I take an extremely large amount of medications, Healthsmart delivery service is a godsend. The staff are pleasant and easy to communication with. My only concern is that this pharmacy tends to refill medications without contacting me beforehand. More than a few times, I have had reason not to have certain medications refilled. I would save money (mine or my insurers) if I could stop the refill of medications I do not need. Bravo Healthsmart

I needed to pick up a medication for my 6 year old daughter he did it quickly, with a smile on his face and was very informative about the medication and all it required. He made sure my kids who were with me were happy, included and even made sure he gave each one of them a stick and let me tell you it made their day! I recently switched over from Walgreen to have my prescriptions sent here and I have had nothing but amazing expperiences thus far. Whatever you all are doing here is magic and as a fellow person working in the healthcare industry places like this are what we strive for in patient care and patient experience. A huge Kudos again to the whole team but most of all to Akaaljot for making a stressful day just a little better.

They proactively engage in conversation and want to interact with customers beyond the bare minimum of their job requirements. I personally respect those who set out to have a good day instead of hate the world because they have to speak to someone. This place is clean, organized, and efficient. Lots of traffic to the register but never a long wait to get there. A few times now I have had extra care bucks or coupons that I thought I sent to my card but didn't. My bad and they could've just moved me along but they didn't - they manually input the discounts for me just to help me out! Every CVS looks the same on the outside, inside, and on the bank account... but this store makes a great deal of them just average. I would've given 5 stars but I'm still bitter over not being able to buy cigarettes there anymore (just realized that isn't nice of me and it's not their fault so they now get 5 stars).
