Their catering!! If you ever need catering Wegmans is your GO TO 100%. It's amazing. So easy to do online. They provide all the serving spoons, utensils... the drinks are cold. I can't handle coming to the store very often, seems like every time I do come here or there some…read morespecial kind of nonsense going on; here is today's story: in the middle of the hallway there's a been filled with kids T-shirts for five dollars each. The lady looks at the bin, takes a $10 T-shirt she had in her car, tosses it in the bin and grabs a five dollar one. Next lady comes along, sees the bin filled with T-shirts that says five dollars so she takes the nicest one which is of course a $10 one that the previous lady tossed in there.... Few minutes later I am at the register, noticing lady #2 holding up the line arguing that the $10 t-shirt was in a bin marked $5.... Formerly a Kinney Drugs, this pharmacy is now run by Upstate, but will fill any prescriptions (even non-hospital patients). There are rarely any lines, and the service is quick and helpful. This is a great alternative for SU and ESF students instead of having medications shipped to campus (which takes an average of 2-3 business days). The pharmacy is inside the main hospital entrance on Adams Street, just west of the main lobby and past the cafe.

A bit on the pricey side for my tastes, but not so different than other other grocery stores I suppose. However, whenever I pop in here, they never seem to have enough registers open. There's always a line, both at the self checkouts and the regular lines. I really wish they'd have a better system.

Believe the other reviews…read more This place is often unprofessional always trying to unload responsibility onto customers (as if they shouldn't be expected to be trained, responsible experts). They seem to believe that people who need life-saving meds need to be chasing after the status of their prescription as a matter of standard practice, rather than be reliable/responsible for properly informing people... Not impressed. I talked to a manager who was even more rude than the pharmacist I was calling to complain about- and she hung up on me after claiming she 'appreciated my feedback' when I complained about not getting meds, not knowing why, and needing to do a bunch of stuff because THEY were changing their delivery system, and had a bad attitude about it. I was with them for over 3 years, and they showed no concern for treating me like I was crazy for wanting them to care about their job, and maybe do it in a way that didn't deprive me of my scripts, nor cause me extra work. Their time is way too valuable to consider their customers situation. They are literally tone deaf to the reality of serving people who are injures/disabled... I used to get my meds delivered, and THAT GUY was cool, so I never realized how messed up the rest of the operation was for the most part (though walk-ins were always hit or miss- so I guess I should have known better). So I'll be switching ASAP. If you pick them, 'Good luck'- but I think it's just a matter of time before they show you how little they care about their customers. Their policies are not good- but to not even pretend to 'trick' customers with a fake smile/false professionalism (the minimum many places offer nowadays)?... well, I guess you should be happy they are up front about not really caring? Believe in that when they show it to you. On the off chance you do get someone 'nice'- know their policies are still 'basic'- so other than a smile, you'll never get more than the bare minimum. Oh- they just changed their delivery system (6/2025- for all of Syracuse- probably more), and didn't actually bother to inform anyone. So many people just suddenly got 'Final pick up' warnings if they signed up for texts (and I assume nothing if they didn't). So if you were outside of your pharmacies newly determined delivery area, you just suddenly stopped getting meds. Running your business in a way where you want change things, and 'coincidentally' happen to deprive people of their life saving meds with no notice... yeah, that's reassuring.... So many other places offer better service by just doing the actual 'basics' of making sure people are treated well and get their scripts in a timely fashion (and a few do free delivery too)- so there's little reason to go here.
