I showed up past closing, believing it was 7pm, not 6pm closing time. They were kind even to help me even though it was 6:03, I was stunned. They explained it's harder to change such things than one might think on google maps. They gave me their business card with correct hours. I was shocked that my prescription that was called in maybe 3 hours earlier was ready. Also, it's a prescription that is ALWAYS out of stock at Walgreens and takes days to be filled, if that. Very nice people, I felt good supporting small instead of crooked Forest lake Walgreens. Also, during the pandemic I remember we needed specific Covid tests and rolseth was the only place that had the tests! Very pleased

While small and local, they still have a great automated refill system and are tied in with my insurance so things are easy and simple. Plus, they support you above and beyond. Example, I travel a lot and so sometime I'm short on meds while out for 2 weeks. They get me what I need to make sure I'm covered until I return. The staff is always very helpful and always try's to accommodate the next person, even when the lines are very long.

Dec 7 around 11:00 am I experienced an unnecessary wait as the CVS employees ignored the few customers in line. The employees were really just ignoring the waiting customers for an unreasonable amount of time as they worked on other things. Considering that there were more CVS employees than customers, there was no need to keep the customers waiting for around 10 minutes. The Pharmacist who was waiting on a customer when I arrived, told me she'd be right with me. She then proceeded to walk away and do other things and never came back to the counter. Around 10 minutes later one of the employees finally came to the prescription pick up area and waited on me. Very irritating when the CVS employees behave as if their time is more valuable than their customers. Serving waiting customers should be a priority rather than working on items for future pick up.

We often have to go back 2 or 3 times to get meds, often only got half filled prescriptions and have to wait in extremely slow moving lines. Today I went to pick up a med I had already once went to pick up and was told I still needed to wait a week as it wasn't time to refill. This was extremely odd to me as I should have about 3 weeks extra of this med because I had held off taking it for a few weeks. I was told they would give me enough to cover until my prescription could be filled. I thought that was very kind of them, until I heard the older gentleman next to me say he was shorted the same medication as I had been. There have been a lot of issues and I feel For the staff but I have to pull my meds and go with a more reliable pharmacy.

They open at 9:00am but they were there early (opening the pharmacy). They took my prescriptions right away (again BEFORE they technically opened) and started working on them. There is no Starbucks but it is easy to head to an aisle that's in the same area as the Kansas City store or N.E. Minneapolis location. In this case cookie cutter floor plans are a good thing. I did see a floor walker greeting customers and asking if anyone needs help finding something. I haven't seen this elsewhere. The checkout lines were on the long side when I entered, but more terminals were opened by the time I checked out which shows the management can make quick adjustments during the day. I would think, however, on a Saturday afternoon they would keep enough people staffed to handle the expected rush.
