I really needed the prescription so I called another CVS and they were out but told me where they had it. The girl in Jasper probably had the same information on her screen. She said better yet just go to WalMart in Kimball and they would have it. That would save me about 60 miles of driving. I went to Food City instead of WalMart and they took care of me. I'm sure my experience would have been similar at WalMart. My advice is don't go to CVS in Jasper. They just don't care. Move your prescriptions to Food City or WalMart like I did.

I previously gave this pharmacy, two stars, and now downgraded to one, and would honestly like to be able to give them negative stars.... Long story short this is not the first time I've received terrible customer service. I have been putting up with it ever since I've been using this pharmacy for the past several months just because it's close by. However, today really was the event that was exceptionally terrible. . I won't get into too many details, but yesterday, when I picked up my prescription and brought it home, I realized, although it was the correct prescription it was the incorrect dosage. When I went back to the pharmacy today to ask for a refund or exchange or something, they indicated they could not receive the medication back. I completely understood that, makes sense they would not want to take meds back. However, no offer of a refund or credit. I indicated they provided me the wrong dosage, and they said it should've been up to me to check it to make sure I was getting the right dosage when I picked it up from the pharmacy. So not only did they not acknowledge that they actually made a mistake in my prescription, they put it back on me for not checking my prescriptions and not alerting them that it was the wrong dosage. So I guess I'm the pharmacist now.? The manager, Pamela, was excessively rude during the whole exchange. Yes, I was frustrated, but she offered absolutely no help whatsoever and pinned the issue on me. Woooowww, I have never had such an experience at a pharmacy. I have called corporate and filed a case claim against this pharmacy as I have had enough with their terrible and incompetent customer service, and now potentially endangering patients receiving wrong or incomplete medication's...... this now has become absolutely unsafe and unacceptable.

I had to have jaw surgery and my husband went to pick up my prescriptions two days before, which was a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. The liquid anti-biotic prescribed had to be kept refrigerated and he wasn't told about it, so it got left out went bad (I do admit I should have checked the bag). However, I have also always been told by other pharmacies. I did call on Sunday and there was a number to leave a message for urgent matters, which I did. I figured at the latest I would get a text or call Monday. They never followed up. I would not care too much if it was not something major, but surgery is pretty important. I am not trying to be cruel or hurt their business, but I hope they see this and change how they handle certain things, because it was very badly done, and the last thing I want to worry about right now is chasing down medicine I need that I should have had.

The cashier was not very engaging, but they were efficient, so I won't complain too much. The store offered your typical grocery store goods with a few specialty counters. Overall, decent experience and okay grocery store.
