Ever since the pharmacy changes their automated system, it's been a nightmare to get a prescription…read morerefilled. The recorded message does not offer the option to enter a prescription number, instead the name of the drug needs to be stated. How many times can I say the name of the medication and be told I cannot be helped because the system doesn't recognize the name of the drug I'm saying? Even though the system JUST SAID THE NAME OF THE DRUG?! It's so infuriating, as soon as I can, I'm transferring my prescription to the Costco down the street.

Although she knew I was in healthcare, she did not know that I have been a CMO for the US Military and a hiring authority for many different medical and healthcare positions throughout my career. If every pharmacist was a nice and professional as Jessica, patients would have much less to complain about visiting their local pharmacist. I hope the power to be at CVS sees this review. I believe Jessica has all the traits now to be promoted to the next position at CVS, whether that be regional pharmacist or area pharmacist. I can tell that the pharmacy techs enjoy working with her as well. There are too many pharmacists in the CVS stores that look like they are exhausted or are not really happy with their positions. I hope CVS will hire more pharmacists like Jessica and promote pharmacists with traits like Jessica! In addition, I have an Executive MBA with a specialization in Healthcare from a highly ranked UC institution and I hope Jessica never becomes a pharmacist who feels burnt out in healthcare!

This CVS pharmacy has the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. I was in the drive…read morethru and when I reached my turn pulled up to the window around 1pm they closed the roll up window and an automated response stated they were in lunch. I went in the store not in the best mood and the whole pharmacy roll down windows are down? Anyways I spoke to the regular employees at CVS and they are all robots with a I can't help attitude. I returned to the pharmacy a hour later spoke to pharmacist gentleman and explained what happen. He is another robot with a I can't help attitude. I asked him how can I transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. He handed a business card and said leave and take this card to another pharmacy. CVS if you have staff running this crappy business sooner or later you're going out of business!

Im really upset. The cashier at the pharmacy window at the CVS store located at the whitwood mall…read morewas extremely rude to me. I had a couple of questions regarding my prescription and I need her to repeat herself because I have a hearing problem. She responded with "like I already said..." she was sarcastic demeaning and disrespectful in the whole 15 minutes I was at the window. As I drove off, purposefully not thanking her, she made sure to say loudly on her microphone, "You're welcome." That was it I parked and walked into the store and asked to speak with the pharmacist on duty and explained everything to her. I'm disgusted by the way I was treat by this CVS Employee. I highly suggest they take her away from the customer service window and make her work in the dark backroom where she cant interact with anyone.

Pro tip: When you purchase soda from CVS, you must return it to the same location you bought it…read morefrom. I know because I recently bought two six-packs of discounted diet soda from this CVS. The first one I drank tasted wrong, and I realized that all twelve bottles had expired in October 2025. I tried to return them to another CVS, but the manager there informed me that each CVS has its own vendor partnership, so I would have to return the remaining sodas where I bought them. Annoying. I did return them. But I forgot to mention that the day after I bought them, the credit card I used to buy them got hacked, so I had to block it. When I brought my sodas back, I informed the cashier that it would be impossible to credit the actual card I had used, and apparently, they don't offer cash back, so he had to load up a CVS debit card with a little bit more than $3--I told you they were discounted! As far as depressing CVSes go, this CVS is on the less depressing end of the spectrum, which means it's still plenty depressing, but not really, and definitely not comparatively. I'm fairly certain that the building it's in, which it shares with Trader Joe's and Burlington, used to be a gigantic Smith's supermarket, and even as the smallest of those three, this space feels too big for CVS. Both employees I have dealt with here have been very friendly and helpful. Now if they could only check the sell-by dates of their on-sale sodas.

She has to start taking antibiotics for an infection & the doctor told us to give her probiotics. Only issue with that is that she's an extremely picky toddler that does not like yogurt or other probiotic foods & so she recommended these drops. Since she was complaining of her tummy hurting off on a hunt we went trying to find this. This pharmacy was our 5th stop & before going we called spoke to Gabe & we asked if this was in stock & not only was it in stock but Gabe actually pulled it for us & held it in the front for us, when we arrived not only was he friendly but he wished us well. Thank you Gabe for being an extraordinary sales associate & helping us by checking if this item was in stock & holding it for us. My husband & I don't play when it comes to our goddaughter & this act of service you did made our nights better. You helped ease our minds & the well wishes made me go home & tear up a little knowing there's still some good people in this world. You're amazing, thank you.

I decided to go over to Bright Pharmacy to have a conversation with Patrick the Pharmacy manager…read moreabout my desire to switch my prescriptions away from a big box store. The number one thing everyone should think about is that the better relationship you have with your pharmacy, the better they can help you. Patrick couldn't have been nicer, kinder, and gave me the confidence to make the change. The day I went to fill my 1st script, Patrick wasnt working and had to deal with Roy the other pharmacist. Had the same conversation about my history and medical issues. 2 for 2!!! He was just as kind, and gave me the reassurance that relationships with patients matter. Tip to all: if you want a good experience, take a moment to introduce yourself and help them get to know you. Just like any good physician, make an effort to help them get to know you and they'll show you what it means to be a good neighborhood pharmacy! Thank you all very much, you now have a new member of the Bright Pharmacy family for life!!! If you've ever had experiences at a big store pharmacy that made you wonder....is there a better way to get your scripts filled? Bright Pharmacy is the place to go!
