My coworker is just a flatscreen TV on black Friday from them got home open the box and it had a broken scratched up old TV inside she put it back in the box to return it back to Walmart and they are doing absolutely nothing for her they're not believing her. The managers there would not help us once again and we're just absolutely awful awful people to work with . I 100% think she's getting racially profiled which is such bullshit she's from Nepal there is a little bit of a language barrier but they are taking full advantage of her. I thought he had just given me a quote as I only asked for the prices for both, but instead he rang me up. i was trying to text my wife to see if maybe it was cheaper else where. I wasn't standing in line, just off to the side for what I thought was allowing others to do their business, when he seemed to be super flustered, rudely barking at me to figure out what I wanted to do in front of the other customers. I held it in until I didnt. I let him know that he was super rude while communicating with me while I was trying to get an answer from my wife. I finally declined the Covid shot, but wanted the flu shot only. Oh man, he started to pound the register all hard, obviously pissed off that he had to remove the Covid shot from the transaction that I never asked for to begin with. I couldn't believe that this guy is still there. I forgot all about the interaction when I went in to pick up my medications today, and there he was. I was admittedly short with him, but again, he looked super flustered and I just did t want to even talk to the guy. I will be looking elsewhere for my medications as I just don't want to deal with person any more. It's a bummer, because this Safeway has been my main staple for over 20 years.

As if it was not hard enough already to try and get a hold of a pharmacist for your specific HUMAN issues, you now have to talk to an AI Slop Bot to get through to anybody. I received no callback about an emergency prescription request, even after choosing the callback request, so I went in myself, just to have rude interactions with the pharmacists, pharmacists switching in between my explanations and giving me completely different answers as to what would be able to be provided for me, until the head pharmacist finally came out of the back and answered my questions but then had me wait another 20 to 30 minutes to get my prescription that was marked "already filled" on my account. Not to mention the other pharmacist who said she already had it filled, then went to help other patrons while yelling out personal information LOUDLY for everyone in the 10+ person deep line to hear. This is not the only CVS pharmacy that I have had qualms with either. This was the last nail in the coffin. We will be switching all of our pharmacy needs to King Soopers Pharmacy and will not be returning to CVS pharmacy anymore.

They consistently get my…read moreprescriptions wrong and are always bothering me and giving me a hard time when I need to buy syringes for my injectable estrogen. They don't seem to be organized or know what they are doing and if you're looking for any kind of customer service, forget it because the people behind the counter are so rude and could not care less. I finally just switched over to the Walmart Across the street, which is what I should've been doing for years because they are so quick and easy and have given me zero headaches. Save yourself the trouble and don't use Safeway pharmacy on Colton Road. It's a joke.
