Lots of people don't think of Walmart for the Pharmacy but I think they should! Lots of other pharmacies don't have the medications I need, and they have to order them. Walmart always has them in stock. The pharmacist takes the time to explain the drug usage regardless of if I've taken them before, and you just know they care. read more

Horrible. I've been getting medications here for a while and it seems that every month is a problem. They determine when they want to fill them and are suddenly doctors. My doctor sent a script to be filled a few days early due to travel and it's a problem because she didn't write where I was traveling to- as if it's any of their business!!? Obviously my doctor sent over the prescription for a reason. Will be moving all my prescriptions. Avoid at all costs. read more

My daughter was prescribed a few medications for an eye issue, and two of them were not common. A pharmacist not only walked me through my options price-wise because two of them were essentially the same medication but different prices, but after finding out their location didn't have the less common (and cheaper) option she went through and found another Walmart pharmacy nearby that had both medications I needed in stock. She not only transferred our prescriptions quickly but also called them first to verify they had the medications I needed. As a worried mom with a sick kid, she saved me from overspending on medications I didn't need, from making phone calls to other pharmacies, and she was super kind through all of it. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves recognition. read more

I went to get my ADHD medication filled. I have been taking it for years now. I have SEVERE ADHD and have my entire life. The pharmacy manager decided that they're going to discriminate based on age. She informed me that she won't fill my prescription because I'm not under 18 and that she's prioritizing those patients. I'm not sure when a pharmacist was able to be allowed to make the decision on who is priority for THEIR MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATION; but I'm filing a complaint with the state board against her personally as well the pharmacy. She tried to side step giving me her medical number and business license number as well. Zero stars if I was allowed. read more

I understand the frustrations patients have especially when it comes to being impatient, medication costs, rude staffs, etc. The pharm techs and the awesome pharmacists have ALWAYS been SO HELPFUL. I have health ins but it doesn't cover my RXs. Once they pull up what needs to be filled, they are always so quick to find me one at a way cheaper cost. If I can get it over the counter for cheaper, the pharmacist Walks to where it's at. Finds it. And explains everything in full detail. This has happened every time I've been in from ALL the staff! Kudos to these amazing kind caring team!! Don't be rude.. They didn't RX your meds, if it didn't work or made you feel some sick- talk to your dr. They don't make the 'drugs' in their garage at home in an un disclosed place- some meds need to be ordered. And yes, Pharmacy is closed for lunch. It's 30min! They need to eat too. Don't get all crazy when they come back‍ I've seen it one too many times. Despite some bad run-ins we all have experienced with businesses, I have NEVER had a bad experience at this pharmacy. read more

I'd say overall this pharmacy is just like all the rest. You have an order filled, pick it up and go. I do like the target pharmacy a little better just because they can fulfill our orders, Walmart can't. So you would just need to figure out if they can take your insurance or not. If they can fulfill any insurance then it would be great and convenient. read more

The team at this location is absolutely amazing. They've spent the past two days going back and forth with my previous pharmacy, who now cannot fill my prescription because it is on back-order through their supplier, and my insurance company. They finally got it sorted out so I can get my refill and they kept me updated every step of the way. I must have spoken to 4 different employees throughout this time, and every one of them was so kind and informative. Jonathan, Taylor, and two other lovely women (I'm sorry I can't remember their names!) were just fantastic. To be frank, I tried calling two other Walmart locations to see if they could check with their supplier in regards to my medication being in stock, and was told no. This team however went out of their way to assure me they could fill my prescription before I began the process of switching over. Even though it's farther away from the other two locations, they've absolutely earned my loyalty and my business. read more

Slowest fucking pharmacy ever. They take almost 15 mins per person and the line only has 1 other person besides me. Then when I get to the pick up service cashier they take another few mins to get back to me. These idiots must be disorganized because they run around like ants. read more

Hello been wanting to write this review for some time now. I have been coming here to this Blue Diamond location since this stores grand opening. I get multiple meds filled here including my pets meds. They are always helpful and nice no matter how busy they are. The staff especially Jonathan goes above and beyond for me. I have had numerous situations where he helped me out while trying to get the doctors staff to refill my prescriptions as needed. He pays attention to little details and offers the best customer service which is above excellent with a very pleasant attitude. I really appreciate his personal assistance. The Pharmacist here are also very nice and competent and do their best to help me each time. They counsel and inform me regarding the meds prescribed. Including Tito's dogs meds which are also monthly. I really appreciate all of them and the assistance they provide. They offer a positive experience each and every time and it is a pleasure to come in and be greeted so personally. Again thank you for a job well done consistently and for taking care of my prescriptions meds that are so important for me and my dogs health and well being! read more

I'm done with the Walmart pharmacy at this location, and possibly all others, for my prescription needs. I've had multiple negative experiences with them. Today, I was notified that my scrip was ready. It had been called in the day before and they were out of stock as were several Walmart pharmacies in the area. I pulled up to the drive-thru prior to the 1:30 start of their lunch, was asked to hold on for a moment and then someone else came back on the speaker and said they were closed for lunch. I've been sick for 2 months and I'm absolutely miserable and I need this inhaler like yesterday. Hoping my doctor can call it into a different pharmacy that has it in stock and I will cancel this order otherwise I'll get it there today but will never use them again. read more

The techs are great. they make every effort to assist the patients and process their appointments. wait till you meet pharmacist Sedy. denied me my appointment claimed that the United States Government contacted her to deny my appointment! I was like I know the government did not say that to you and I have an appointment. then she had the audacity to question my work Identification which i could tell from the way she handled my ID that she had a problem with my last name "Husein". Sedy thought that i was either egyptian or from sudan which have been fighting with her native Ethiopia for the last 1000 years and most recently as well. she claimed that i did not have an appointment which was confirmed previously by wallmart in the form of phone call and text message. very rude. very unprofessional. very uncourteous to customers and patients. patient needs and concerns. so sad to have pharmacists that exhibit this type of behavior to patients based on their name. read more

Jonathan is an amazing pharmacist. I was given an expensive med and he helped compromise with my vet a much cheaper version. It saved me so much money. He didn't have to do that, and it shows how much they care about customer satisfaction. read more

This Walmart Pharmacy has best customer service of all the Pharmacy that we went to!!! We basically go a pharmacy every month to pick up our medications, so we deal with pharmacist and pharmacy tech often.. but of all the pharmacy that we went to, this is the only Pharmacy that i can say who has an excellent customer service. Of all the times we went there, we rarely had issues and if we had its just minor issues and they would fix it right away. Its probably because the whole staff are really good. From the Pharmacist to the Pharmacy tech, they are all knowledgeable and professional, especially Jonathan. He is one of the main reasons why my whole family transferred to this Walmart Pharmacy. He is a Pharmacy tech there who always give great customer service to everyone. He's always jolly and have a smile in his face and every time we pick up our medicine, he is very accommodating to questions and very patient to all the customers even though they are so busy. His attitude towards customers, his professionalism and efficiency in what he does makes his an excellent Pharmacy Tech. He's such an asset to that Walmart Pharmacy. All the staff at that Walmart Pharmacy are great but JONATHAN is the BEST!!!! read more
