The photo department is by the registers, so I have found it easiest to grab my items then when I am checking out I will let them know I also have pictures for pickup. Always works best. The pharmacy has been, in my experience, slow at the drive thru. I am talking thirty minute to an hour of sitting in the line and waiting for my order at the window. I will refill my rx on the ap first, then wait for the notification that it's ready before driving over there. If you are in a hurry, it's best not to be lol. Overall though, it's a good location.

The lines at this location are always long, both inside and outside. Many times when I get here they do not have my prescription ready even after I receive a text saying it is available for pick up. They have recently implemented a kiosk system for the pharmacy where you check in and your name is added to a digital line essentially and you have to sit and wait for the pharmacist to call you up. On top of this, I was researching some of my prescriptions and this Walgreens is literally more expensive than every other place around here to fill. I do not recommend coming here.

Many sale items also aren't tagged properly, so I have to scan most items with the app just to verify they're part of the advertised deal. It turns a quick shopping trip into a much longer one. The front-end employees are always friendly, helpful, and do their best to warn customers about coupon issues or explain when deals will return to their accounts. They provide great customer service despite the system issues. My review is based only on my experience with the front-end staff and checkout process. I have not interacted with the pharmacy at this location. The employees deserve credit, but the self-checkout system and sale tagging need significant improvement.

Anyway, I am struggling with walking at the moment, and there were two kind employees who immediately offered me assistance. I regret not getting the kind gentleman's name, however I did get Lisa's name. She was truly a gift from God today. She walked me all the way to the back, gathered my prescriptions for me, and even walked me all the way back to my car slow and steady. She was a true blessing on a day that had otherwise been so terrible for me. Kindness goes a long way, not just how she physically helped me, but even how that made me feel mentally... might seem like nothing to some, but it meant everything to me. Thank you Lisa, and thank you to the kind gentleman who was also working and offered me assistance. Keep doing what yall are doing, because yall are amazing people.
