Couponing at this location is unfortunately a frustrating experience. The self-checkout machines are consistently slow and frequently freeze, making it difficult to use coupons and digital deals. Many sale items also aren't tagged properly, so I have to scan most items with the app just to verify they're part of the advertised deal. It turns a quick shopping trip into a much longer one. The front-end employees are always friendly, helpful, and do their best to warn customers about coupon issues or explain when deals will return to their accounts. They provide great customer service despite the system issues. My review is based only on my experience with the front-end staff and checkout process. I have not interacted with the pharmacy at this location. The employees deserve credit, but the self-checkout system and sale tagging need significant improvement. read more

I came in today to pick up my prescriptions after being at JPS with a back injury. I didn't have anyone to help me go inside to get my prescriptions, but I thought I had to go inside because of an automated text about my insurance. Anyway, I am struggling with walking at the moment, and there were two kind employees who immediately offered me assistance. I regret not getting the kind gentleman's name, however I did get Lisa's name. She was truly a gift from God today. She walked me all the way to the back, gathered my prescriptions for me, and even walked me all the way back to my car slow and steady. She was a true blessing on a day that had otherwise been so terrible for me. Kindness goes a long way, not just how she physically helped me, but even how that made me feel mentally... might seem like nothing to some, but it meant everything to me. Thank you Lisa, and thank you to the kind gentleman who was also working and offered me assistance. Keep doing what yall are doing, because yall are amazing people. Very typical CVS pharmacy the people that work here especially in the pharmacy area do not give a darn about you or your time or anything that has to do with a customer. It is pathetic, and unfortunately, a sign of the times. Shop local if you can. read more

Don't use this cvs pharmacy!!! And especially come close to their lunchtime. I was in line 15 min before their lunchtime and they just close their window at exactly 12:30 pm . Even there were several car behind me in line too!!! What a great customer service!! Just fuck you we are going to lunch. Why you don't have rotated lunches? Can wait for AI to come online. This is my go to CVS store as it is up the street from work. I can pop in and out fairly quickly for prescriptions and essentials. The store is usually clean and neatly stocked. The store associates are friendly and greets you as you walk in. There is plenty of parking here. They have a designated parking spot for their curbside pickup service. Never tried it before but may be good to know. My favorite thing about this location is the pharmacy staff! They are efficient and very helpful. Everyone is professional from the pharmacists to all the techs. No sketchy looking techs here like at other locations I've been to. Shout out to Chelsea for knowing my name when I get to the counter. I pass by two other CVS stores on my way to work but this is my preferred store. read more

Do not use this pharmacy (CVS Boat Club Road)! They are not properly trained to use the electronic prescription system. I had to make FIVE trips to the pharmacy to pick up medications called in by my physician. Not only did I have to call my dr to verify that they had called meds in to the correct location, under the correct name but my doctor had to call them as well. Completely inept. Customer service is severely lacking to top it off. If you are sick, this experience will zap every bit of energy remaining. read more

Came in for a flu shot today and had walk through the store to get to the back at the pharmacy. I couldn't help but notice all the trash and items on the floor. Shelves were unorganized and employees would just walk by carelessly. It looks like the store has not been vacuumed in weeks and carpets haven't been cleaned in months. I like this CVS because it's so close to my residence and o typically use their 1 hr photo business. Today, I picked up my photos and when I went to go look at the photos in the car I was shocked because there were long scratches on 1/3 of the prints. When I went back in to complain about the photos the shift manager was aware of the issue and stated everyone had the same issue... my concern is-they were aware of the printing issue but still tried to sell me a ruined photo. The shift manager refunded me the photos that were ruined and while he was taking care of me a store associate had an attitude in front of other customers and then stormed out. Slightly awkward... I'll continue to come to the CVS for small needs but the store manager even recommended that I use another CVS to print my photos read more

Please choose another pharmacy- I dropped my prescription off today and Kelly the pharmacist aSked for my providers DEA number. Instead of looking it up on the TMB website which takes 2 seconds she proceeded to have an attitude and wouldn't go the extra mile to look up the number on the website. I had to wait and call my provider myself. I won't be back at this location because of Kelly's lack of urgency and poor customer service. Avoid this pharmacy there are too many others. read more

I have had mixed experiences with CVS overall, but the Boat Club Rd location has always given great service and the staff is super friendly.

This has been our preferred pharmacy since they opened. In the beginning, they were great. I don't know if they are understaffed or just bad service but they are now the slowest pharmacy in Tarrant County. Their automated service is quick to ask if you want your RX refilled. Even if you say no, they still refill it. If you take a new RX to them for first time fill, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. If you do a drop off and ask when it will be ready - add at least two hours to the time they give you. read more
