Since I'm going to be in the car for a while, there are a few more things I need to be comfortable. I found plenty of decent stuff and most of it was in stock with different colors and sizes. I found a decent tshirt that will get worn tomorrow. They had a good selection of drinks including the specific flavor of Bubly that I like. Plenty of different jerky flavors, too. At the register, a short queue at the self checkout and none of the machines were down. Unusual. Overall, a good shop at Walmart. [Review 16101 overall - 281 in Texas - 1606 of 2021.]

**********HONEST REVIEW********* If I could give this Walmart 0 stars, I would. Don't expect to be treated with respect or customer service at this store. The manager, Cindy, refused to honor a price that was advertised on the shelf for a product, even after showing her the advertised price. Her response to me was "I'm not honoring that price, it's more than half off" and "take it or leave it". Frankly, it doesn't matter how much the price difference is, the fact that the product is advertised at one price is MORE THAN ENOUGH evidence to allow the manager to adjust the product to that price. In the middle of this encounter, the cashier, Carol, thinks it is appropriate to blatantly laugh at the customer. When the manager told me "take it or leave it", Carol literally laughed out loud, because the manager wouldn't honor the price. If this is what Walmart calls good customer service, they should be ashamed. Cindy, the manager, has no business being a manager if she is going to treat customers with such rude behavior and disrespect. As for Carol, she should be written up for her behavior. Walmart, you need to step up the training you give your associates. I've never had such a negative experience like this in customer service, and I used to work as a cashier. I have attached the photo of the product that was advertised at a wrong price. It CLEARLY shows that Walmart should have honored the advertised price. Hopefully something is done to correct this wrong on Walmart's part.

Last year, they had computer issues and asked us to move our appointment time after we had already arrived with the kids dressed and ready. We understand that things happen, but having to waste an extra hour with little ones in full Easter outfits was incredibly frustrating. Fast forward to this year, and somehow the experience was even more disappointing. We scheduled our appointment for 11:30 and arrived early at 11:15 with our whole crew ready to go, only to walk into complete chaos. They were unable to print pictures, had staff on speakerphone asking for help, and were checking families in in a way that came across as rude and unprofessional. The first appointment of the day took nearly an hour just to receive their prints and leave, which immediately backed everything up. What was most frustrating was seeing walk-ins taken before scheduled appointments while staff appeared to still be setting up on Easter weekend. Again, we understand that technical issues happen, but the lack of preparation, professionalism, and communication made this a really disappointing experience for our family. What started as a tradition is now something we're seriously reconsidering for next year.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Target that left me embarrassed and frustrated…read more I was in the self checkout line with my children. There were about eight self checkout stations in use, and multiple carts clearly had more than ten items. As I was next in line, an employee named Eddie told me I needed to move out of self checkout and go to a register, which meant going to the back of a different line. I asked whether this was a suggestion or if I was being told to move. Another employee, Patty, then spoke up and said I was being told to move because I had more than ten items. The issue is consistency. I was not the only customer over that item count. Several others were allowed to remain in self checkout without comment. I was the only one singled out. The only obvious difference was that I had children with me. Being publicly redirected while others were ignored felt targeted, unnecessary, and frankly humiliating. The tone from both Eddie and Patty lacked basic courtesy or explanation. There was no effort to be respectful or consistent. It came across as staff convenience rather than policy, and it showed a real lack of basic human decency in how customers are treated. I have shopped at Target for years, but the quality of service at this location has noticeably declined. If rules are going to be enforced, they should be enforced fairly and respectfully. Otherwise it feels like profiling, not customer service. I am genuinely curious. Have other customers experienced this kind of treatment here, especially parents or families? Or is basic courtesy just no longer part of the experience at this store?

Purchases for both stores can be rung up together. For bigger items such as furniture, rugs, and paintings, these items can be held at the front while you continue to shop. Just ask an associate for assistance. They have a cool help button in that section now so you don't have to flag someone down. Again, snag these up items when you see them, because they could be gone by the time you come back after browsing. You can find items for every room in your home, from living room furniture to bedding and bath and all the kitchen things! I love to cook so that's my favorite section. They even have little sections for pets, kids, storage, office accessories, and gourmet foods as well. It's pretty neat finding unique items for the home under one roof. I've spotted brand names like Mikasa, T-Fal, and even All-Clad in the kitchen section. Ralph Lauren, Nautica, and Eddie Bauer in the bedding section. Ghiradelli chocolates and specialty treats. Kate Spade picture frames and Rae Dunn everywhere! I'm a new fan of this brand! They have everything from kitchenware, to pet dishes, to Christmas ornaments. Speaking of Christmas, they have everything! Wreaths, figurines, trees, stockings, candles, throws, cards, gift boxes, pillows, and anything else you may need! It is so hard not breaking my bank account every time I walk in. There is always something new to oooh and ahhh about. I could spend hours in here. Parking can be challenging on the weekends as it is located in the busy Presidio Town Crossing shopping center. There are some parking on the side between HomeGoods and Old Navy but even that is limited. The checkout line can also be long on the weekends, but I understand some purchases require a little extra care...ie wrapping fragile ceramics. Be patient people! So many gripes and eyes rolling from fellow customers. Customer service is great. There are always associates walking around. The store is generally neat and organized. It's not easy keeping it in tip top shape with so many customers coming in and out. I've been coming here almost weekly and even though I love it, I may need an intervention soon :)

While in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for a medical appointment a few weeks ago, we stopped by this location to pick up some extra clothes and a few Christmas items. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This is a good-sized Target, and the store was spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked. Everything was neat and easy to find, with clearly labeled prices and tidy shelves--a huge help when you're shopping with a three-year-old who's pointing at everything she sees! The staff was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. At the entrance, an employee helped us get a kid-friendly cart that was stuck in a corner, and he was so kind and cheerful. He even chatted with us about his daughter, which made for a really warm and welcoming start to our trip. Throughout the store, we had a couple of employees assist us in finding items, and they were all equally kind and helpful. The cashier at the end of our visit was wonderful. She complimented my daughter on the dress we picked out, wished her a Merry Christmas, and brought the biggest smile to her face. My daughter talked about her trip to Target the entire drive home (which, at an hour and a half, is a long time!). It's moments like these that make Target feel like more than just a store--it's an experience. We live in a small town with limited shopping options, especially for children's clothing, so this trip was a refreshing change. This Target location provided exactly what we needed--cleanliness, a well-stocked store, and outstanding customer service. We'll definitely keep this store on our list of places to visit whenever we're in the area. It's always a pleasure shopping at Target, and this location exceeded our expectations!
