The first time they sent my medicine, it arrived with 2 stickers on the package- one saying refrigeration required, and one saying refrigeration not required. Their carelessness will cause someone to ruin their medication. I later submitted a refill request, and chose pick up, yet they shipped it to my house which costs an additional $20. I called and emailed them explaining that I specifically chose pick up because I was off work that day, and that I wanted the shipping refunded. They did not even acknowledge my concern. They also chose a flavor for my compounded meds that I never requested, then acted like I asked for it. Needless to say, I switched pharmacies. Don't waste your time here. HEB has a compounding service, and they have locations all over town so you don't have to pay for shipping. They were also $4 cheaper.

He explained the situation & offered different samples similar to the cheese I was upset about. He even asked if I wanted to try a cheese he liked. Wow....ever since then, I've been ordering that particular cheese. Now, each & every time I order from the deli, Dustin smiles, asks if I'd like to try other cheeses, & then packages the cheese I came for. This young man could have just allowed me to walk away frustrated. But he took the time to listen, explain & offer alternate solutions. Cheese and produce are expiring way before the expiration date and this has been an ongoing issue. Heb as a whole has gone down hill the last year and is not the great grocery chain it once was. The prescription was sent here. The prescription was not filled until 1 pm in the afternoon. When my husband expressed his concerns of the need for urgency based on the condition our child, he said the person working cut him off and could care less. They also said they would notify us when it was ready. They never did. He had to keep calling back for several hours to find out. Regardless of it being a holiday, when you care this little about your customers that you neglect to notify them of the medication being ready and do not prioritize those that are small children suffering, you don't deserve to work here. Very disappointed in the staff today! Never seen such poor behavior. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to get a hold of a manager at the location and the phone rang off the hook but nobody bothered to pick up. This store needs son's retraining about efficiency and empathy!
