I usually come here pretty regularly without an issue, but recently I had one of the worst interactions with an employee ever. There was a young man, I didn't catch his name, but he had a mullet. I don't know if he was high, or what, but he treated me terribly. I understand if it was busy, but I was one of the ONLY customers in the store. He had a horrible attitude, and was acting very strange, and overall just treated me as if I was a nuisance for just being there. They answer their phones pretty quickly unlike cvs who I just recently transferred my prescriptions from. every time I would call there I'd have to wait on hold at least 20 or 30 minutes until someone answered so this is a big relief. I've had very good experiences here with everybody. read more

Always something at the drive threw pharmacy window( too long lines , never enough employees) so I figure I am over due to vent about today's incident. Waited patiently in line after getting a text the my meds were ready. The person asked for my insurance card and verify info, only to tell me it was denied that by DO b was wrong. I reminded him I've had the same insurance for the last 20+ years. Said he would have to hold my card and I would have to come back for my meds.‍ Made into the door of my home only to get a text the meds were ready. 20 minutes later followed by a phone call from the same #%^* ( while eating dinner) He said the problem was fixed. I as what was the problem he said he didn't know had someone else fix it. Made it back to the drive threw only to come to the line being double the size then the first time. Not ever recommend this Pharmacy I have been told three times that they are ordering my medication and it will be ready by a certain day and it's not and they say they don't have it in stock and it hasn't then ordered and will have it ready for you by such and such a day go to pick it up on that day nothing still hasn't been ordered and if you go there do not ever speak to Kam. I am definitely not your honey, I'm a customer. If you are going to do a bunch of stuff wrong don't talk to me like I'm your best friend or lover if I've never met you. All I wanted was to be checked out in an efficient manner, and find the products I needed. Interactions with the service providers shouldn't make me feel awkward, you don't know me don't act like I'm your nephew or niece when you're probably not even older than I am. This is the worst pharmacy in the area, I do not recommend using this pharmacy- ever. I waited in line over an hour today before the clerk told me they could not find my appointment for my vaccination. I understand places are understaffed, but there's no excuse for waiting in line for an hour after your appointment time just to check in to be told they can't find your appointment. Do not bother with this pharmacy you will not get good customer service. I went to CVS and was in and out in 20 minutes. read more

I have been doing business with this store for a long time and normally my visits are very ho-hum. Recently they have brought in some staff that are fantastic and very professional. An example would be a very professional young lady named Kaelea. Kaelea is always willing to go an extra step to make you feel you are getting and leave like you have gotten super service! I am not kidding here, I think she ought to work as a trainer for all the other pharm-techs there. I sure hope management realizes just what a gem they have. My doc calls in meds, 3 days for them to fill! Do they not know people might be sick??? I have transfered my meds to a mail order pharmacy. I have dealt with a couple of walgreens and they both suck. They seem to have a corporate level of bad customer service. read more

Horrible Pharmacy. Never have prescriptions in stock, say they will order, do not notify you that they actually did not order it. Went ahead and filed prescription with insurance even though they do not have prescription in stock. Ridiculous amount of time wasted instead of transferring to another pharmacy. read more

After taking my son to the urgent care, I needed to get a couple prescriptions filled. This location was convenient because of it being open 24/7 and because it was on the route home. The pharmacist who helped me was nice. She had already received the prescriptions from the urgent care facility and was ready to fill them. I was pulling off after 10 minutes, which is the quickest I've ever drive up and pulled off from a pharmacy EVER. I'm happy I know this location is 24/7. I'll be using it more often when I need a prescription filled after normal working hours. I'd totally recommend this location to anyone looking for a 24/7 pharmacy. read more

Walgreens 3009 in schertz pharmacy are very unprofessional. I called Aug 27th and asked for med from TN to be transferred to schertz location. I have a family member I have been caring for since May living with me. I asked for seizure med to be filled. I called them on 8/27/21 @ 6:35pm and spoke with staff. She looked up prescription and said pick up at 8:30pm. She said she needed insurance info but I can wait until I pick up to bring it in. I arrived at 8:42pm and I was advised prescription not filled yet and to comeback in 30mins. Went back at 9:45pm still not filled. My husband went back today 8/31/21and they said they don't have med in stock at all and I needed to call around to other pharmacies. I called today at 9:51pm and waited on hold until 9:51 until 10:02 just for someone to pick up and hang up in my face without speaking to me I know its 10pm closing time and they just hung up on me without speaking. How rude!!!!! read more

I really enjoy having this Walgreens so close by our home. It also has a 24 hour pharmacy which is very convenient when the kiddos end up getting sick in middle of night. We are able to get medicine after going to the emergency. Customer service has always been very good as well. read more

Yikes. I guess the only real positive here is that the place is open 24 hours. And that is a big plus. But the employees. Oh, my God, the employees. Especially the ones in the pharmacy. Imagine the worst employees of the worst budget airline ever on one of their worst days. My advice is to go in expecting the worst, and they might live up to your expectations. As an example, I tried to buy some medication for cash one time at the drive-through because we were still trying to meet the insurance deductible. BIG mistake. It literally took three people and about 20 minutes to tell me how much the stuff cost. I kid you not. They had the price the insurance would pay, but could not quote me a price on just buying it outright. I have no idea why. That was typical of what I've experienced here. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to CVS. They're not mental giants either, but it's an improvement. If you find yourself needing a pharmacy in the middle of the night, you may be at the mercy of these people. Good luck. read more

The young pharmacist lady is not helpful, doesn't even attempt to help. Just plainly, if it requires her to do anything but be a cashier then she's going to tell you, we can't do that. Steer clear of the pharmacy and photo lab. I called the pharmacy and was put on hold for about 20 minutes so I finally hung up and called back the next day. The Pharmacy department is one of the worst around. The staff seem to not communicate with each other or the pharmacist. None of them are very friendly and be prepared to wait a while when trying to get some help. I am currently moving my business to CVS down the street. read more

Pharmacy not paying attention to filling out scripts correctly. They filled class 5 drugs under the doctors business name rather than the name and DEA number actually on the script. They rejected the Class 4 drug because the DEA number came back as inactive (business name), because they did not use the name and DEA number of the doctor that is on the script. So because they did not pay attention to what was written on the script my son had to go through the night without pain killer for getting his wisdom teeth taken out. They corrected it the next morning but claim no fault, no apology. Will not use a pharmacy that does not pay attention to what they are doing and seem to be lazy on entering the data correctly that is clearly written on the script. If they would have said... sorry we missed that and can correct it in the future or bring it up in employee training... it would have been a different story. Companies or employees that don't attempt to improve or their mistakes or even recognize them... well I cant have any respect for or trust in them. read more
