I had to have jaw surgery and my husband went to pick up my prescriptions two days before, which was a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. The liquid anti-biotic prescribed had to be kept refrigerated and he wasn't told about it, so it got left out went bad (I do admit I should have checked the bag). However, I have also always been told by other pharmacies. I did call on Sunday and there was a number to leave a message for urgent matters, which I did. I figured at the latest I would get a text or call Monday. They never followed up. I would not care too much if it was not something major, but surgery is pretty important. I am not trying to be cruel or hurt their business, but I hope they see this and change how they handle certain things, because it was very badly done, and the last thing I want to worry about right now is chasing down medicine I need that I should have had.

She informed me that it would be over $140 she said let me see if I can get you a better deal with a discount card, she checked and was able to save me over $70. This was without my asking and her just providing excellent customer service. I believe she is a true asset to this location.

I'll admit, she may have been having one too, Young lady simply said it was declined. I felt like i wS put on the defensive. She didn't explain or ask what the number ended in. I got angry after asking her more than 3 times why they didn't still have it. I think that was a legit question. But she said it was declined an equal number of times before I had to asker about the last 4 digits. I felt like she was accusing me of fraud. Idk why a professional business can't handle this without confusion. New payment info is a common thing. Don't telle outwardly that it was declined. Ask my info. Please. About a year ago, I called them for a refill, leaving all the pertinent info. At that time, they had my banking info on file. I waited to weeks to ask where my Rx was. I was told by the Mgr that they needed my authorization to fill it. Well, I asked if asking for the refill wasn't an authorization on its own? He drew a blank, was quiet, I said hello, he was there but didn't seem to know what to say. So I asked him again. More silence. I had no idea if he was looking for the voice-mail or just drew a blank. I got angry and told him to please just fill it, bc it was already paid. I had to transfer several prescriptions from my compounding pharmacy in Virginia and they took care of everything! They even made my compounds better by dosing them differently which meant less cost to me (as insurance doesn't cover them) and less to apply (they are skin creams). Whoot whoot! She went to our then-pharmacy--CVS--multiple times. Despite being kind and respectful, she was treated so rudely by the pharmacy techs that she came home in tears.
