They called the urgent care, refused to be "called back" and waited on hold until they could speak with someone who could send the prescription over. They were persistent and made sure my kid received the medication he needed before the store closed. I am forever grateful to them!

They even made my compounds better by dosing them differently which meant less cost to me (as insurance doesn't cover them) and less to apply (they are skin creams). Whoot whoot! I had to have jaw surgery and my husband went to pick up my prescriptions two days before, which was a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. The liquid anti-biotic prescribed had to be kept refrigerated and he wasn't told about it, so it got left out went bad (I do admit I should have checked the bag). However, I have also always been told by other pharmacies. I did call on Sunday and there was a number to leave a message for urgent matters, which I did. I figured at the latest I would get a text or call Monday. They never followed up. I would not care too much if it was not something major, but surgery is pretty important. I am not trying to be cruel or hurt their business, but I hope they see this and change how they handle certain things, because it was very badly done, and the last thing I want to worry about right now is chasing down medicine I need that I should have had.

I've been here numerous times and experienced really rude and unprofessional service (e.g. I've personally been and seen others be judged and berated at the photo counter when picking up items "late" i.e. within a week or less of placing the order). Not only that, but I like the style of clothes they sell. I especially like the clothing and products that they sell in their Pride collection every year. I'd like to acknowledge a wonderful employee named Lulu that works at the Spring Hill, Tn location. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue tonight.
