It is uncalled for and very disrespectful of our time. Yes, I understand many things can be done via a bot, but many things can't. The programmer should consider that and allow for "human" option within the first few seconds. BTW, even when you say "human", the bot asks all the very same questions it just went through in the first 3 min. I hope this review gets to their corporate office so they fix this unnecessary burden. The pharmacy itself is great. My husband and I have always received great service from them. I'd be happy to change my review to a 5 star if they fix this bot.

Even though it was a good amount of questions (expected) it was easy to do. Once I got to the window to check in it was a breeze. There was about 5 people already in the waiting room. We went before them since we had appointments and we arrived early for our appointments. They were at 5:00 and 5:15. Both my wife and I got our shots and were out by 5:02pm including our 10 min wait after our shots. Everyone else that did walk-ins went next and it was quick for them as well with no issues. Weather it be suggesting OTC meds, filling your RX quickly when you're rushing, being very upfront about all possible side effects, always checking for counteractions, and always smiling and as helpful as can be. A lot of people pick up routine meds, but a lot of people are ill or recovering. I have been the ill/recovering person many times, and honestly going to pick up my RX while Nick is working has sometimes truly been the highlight of my day. I've been using this pharmacy for a couple years now, and never once have I seen him act rude towards anyone, or be in an unhappy mood. He is professional and the epitome of what every pharmacist should strive to be like. His kindness radiates and I truly hope Walmart knows how lucky they are to have him as an employee. Backstory: About a year ago, I made the mistake of getting a set of tires at Les Schwab, which was one of the worst auto-related purchases I've ever made. The tires were terrible, difficult to handle, spun out three times in twelve months, and ultimately popped while still under warranty-- and Les Schwab did not replace them. My mom, who lives in an alpine environment, and also drives a Toyota, told me that Michelin Defender tires are the only way to go. So, several weeks ago, I ordered those tires online to have them installed at this Wal-Mart. Since I made one of the earliest appointments in the morning, they were able to get started on my car right away. I had also scheduled a high-mileage oil change, and they had both services done in under 45 minutes. My car sincerely drives like an entirely different car now. I could never be desperate enough to buy a tire from Les Schwab again. My mom was right... I think these Michelin Defender tires are the only way to go. While my tires were being changed, I walked around the store, and thought that it was clean, well-lit, and well-organized. I know that five stars is high for a Wal-Mart, but I think they deserve it for reducing my chances of spinning out this winter.

It took about 10-15 minutes of waiting around before I was served. No other employee in the store came by to help out. The Walmart Neighborhood Market on Elmira Rd usually has 2 people staffed at the Customer Service desk to keep traffic flowing. This store like all the other Walmarts and Sam's Club have undergone the signage and lighter blue/white color scheme to make seem brighter in the store and better navigation of the aisles. I rated them 4 stars (rounded from 3.5 stars) since I didn't really experience anything majorly negative here. Every aisle and the produce section seems to be well stocked and clean.

User error yes but when staff arrived I got the feeling they weren't interested. Upon ringing my first item I realized that item wasn't correct for my coupon. This section never seems to be fully stocked every time I shop here. The refrigerated berries section is always in disarray. These items are set up so high and far back on the shelves, that some people can't reach it. Berries are one of the most popular fruit items and therefore should be placed easily within arm's reach, and placed as one of the first refrigerated items you see as soon as you walk into the produce section. I've noticed that lately they've been promoting hydroponic and long stemmed strawberries which I don't care for. One day I wanted to get a honeydew melon. I saw two in the bin. As soon as I tried to pick one up, my finger literally sank into the melon like sand. That melon was so over ripen, that it was so mushy inside. Gross. The other melon was very bruised. An employee/supervisor needs to check the freshness on all produce. Often, the aisles by the soda and cleaning goods to pharmacy sections can be an obstacle course when there are box loads of items piled high needing to be stocked on the shelves. Either the staff is short-handed or assigned to only work a certain section. Also, this can be a hazard. There's ample parking, and we shop on weekdays when parking is plentiful. Restroom is decent.
