Went to CVS this morning and they had signs for Valentine's Day merch for 50%off but when I went to the register to pay, it only took 33% off. The cashier insisted that the system was indeed giving me 50% off but I argued that 50% of $6.99 is $3.50!! You can clearly see the original price on my return receipt for the Snoopy Hershey kisses and Reese's PB hearts as $6.99!! $4.68 is not 50% off!! I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. Afterwards I saw a woman browsing the Valentine's 50% off merch but warned her that it's actually only 33% off when you get to the register!! The store is DIRTY. I go to the pharmacy there and that's it but every time I go in there the floors are filthy. I went there three weeks in a row to pick up prescriptions and the same wrappers and bottles were on the floor. Why? Does the store not have a vacuum? This pharmacy has always been great to me. Every once in a while, there is a little bit of a wait, but not often and it's not their fault. Sometimes it will take a few minutes, but don't we all want someone to help us when we need it? It's okay if they take a minute to help someone. They usually have anything that I need in a pinch. The only problem I've had is with a young lady that works in the pharmacy. She is extremely rude, very lax about her job and she was so unhelpful and rude about everything. Everyone else is really nice there. Other than the one person, I find them to be more helpful than most businesses, really nice people! They also all seem to know their store. There are so many times that you go into a business and ask an employee where something is or what something is or how to use it and they don't have a clue. You probably won't have that problem at this CVS. I highly recommend them! read more

Well, I had previously written a review for this CVS in which the pharmacist on duty closed the pharmacy down with 15 minutes to spare in the day, and refused to give my children their meds as she insisted I had made a mistake (spoiler: I had not). Beyond that, just be a decent human and help people while you're at work instead of rushing to close so you can go home. Today I went in again got to the counter at 1:28pm and was told they are closing for lunch. First and foremost, to CVS, what the actual hell? Seriously, pay more employees to keep the window open. We need our medications. Secondly, yet again with the rude dismissive garbage from the staff here. I don't know what courses your staff takes in how to be as rude and dismissive of people as possible, but they have zero care for people's medical ailments. It's absolutely shameful. So, anyhow, if you have another option that isn't terribly inconvenient I'd recommend it. These people don't care about you, and will argue with you even when they're wrong (somehow the concept of twins is confusing to them and their system). My husband and I were off from work. So we spent the day together, which by the way went way to fast. I needed to go to CVS and my husband decided to grow with me. I had coupons in hand and my CVS app ready to go. First when you go in, I went to redeem any coupons at the coupon center. I already reviewed the Krazy Coupon lady (she can tell you about extreme couponing). I got deodorant, and laundry detergent. I walked out of the store spending like $4 with 4 men's deodorants, one Simply Tide, Persil, Tide pods and Gain Pods, 2 chocolate eggs (for my kids for Valentine's Day) and 2 ginger ale lemonade 2-liters. Plus I got $7 extra CVS bucks. My husband said we just did a heist! CVS paid me to take merchandise out of there store. Anyway, if you put in the effort you can really save a lot of money with CVS. By the way, I did a survey with them about my experience from a previous time I visited and I got a $10 coupon. $10!!! Who could use an extra $10.00? I could! I do like this location. The person at the pharmacy (not sure of her job title) was so rude, so unhelpful and so unprofessional. Did not greet me at all, when I told her I had a prescription ready she said no you don't. Then I told her I have a text on my phone saying that it's ready and that you're going to put it back on the shelf if I don't come and pick it up today and I showed her the text message and then she looked in the computer and said oh no we put that back a long time ago I don't have it for you and didn't offer to fill it so then I asked her to fill it. She said OK it'll be about 15 minutes so I sat down and waited and I got a text at 3:11 saying that it was ready, but there was a long line so I didn't go get back in the line. Someone was after me. Hers was ready before and then the pharmacist saw me get up and saw that I was mad and he said oh, where is hers? Hers is ready. They didn't even look in the waiting box that was right next to her even though when the other woman was ready, she called her name on the loudspeaker. when I went back up to pay, she just handed me my prescription didn't tell me my total and then she was on her phone texting when she was handing it to me zero out of 10 do not recommend not professional not good customer service. read more

The pharmacist on duty, Jenna, was so incredibly dismissive and condescending that I couldn't believe it. She had the audacity to tell me to come back when they were open after she had spent the last ten minutes ignoring customers so she could close up and go home. I had been to the pharmacy with 15 minutes to spare for an order that was supposedly filled. Y'know, just pay and go. She told me that they would be able to help me sort it out in the morning. Apparently the other people that work here are actual living, breathing, feeling humans and not mindless automatons that simply act as vending machines for medicine. She had zero concern about my kids being out of meds. She told me she couldn't fill my order due to it being past closing even though I had the message stating the order had already been filled. She told me to, "read the message again because customers often make mistakes." She was honestly the least empathetic person I've had the displeasure of having to deal with, not to mention incredibly irresponsible about my children's health. Oh, she also tried to tell me my insurance was denied, without even looking. When she did, guess what? Not only was it not denied, but my kids' meds were fully covered. Then she told me my order hadn't been filled without even checking. Again, not helping just closing. As far as she is concerned the people with real medical needs can get bent until the next morning just so she doesn't have to be inconvenienced by staying one moment longer than she has to. Whomever she reports to needs to provide her with some disciplinary action. To be so nonchalant about someone else's health isn't just a dereliction of her duty as a pharmacist, it's just downright inhumane behavior. Who treats other people like this? Long story short, if you want to get treated as subhuman because the pharmacist is the pinnacle of human selfishness, then this may be your pharmacy. Personally, I'll be choosing a slightly inconvenient, yet different option in the future. CVS might be a decent spot, but they get 1 star for allowing this person to interact with customers on their behalf. read more

I was in the area for the weekend and grew tired of the hotel provided toiletries. We didn't pack our own so we headed over to CVS to grab some essentials. We grabbed some toiletries and some snacks and headed to the register. There were only 2 other groups in line ahead of us and they opened another register. Way to go! Store seemed old and was run down but the selection was perfect for our needs and the customer service was excellent. I had my sick baby's meds faxed from the pediatrician around 4:45 to this pharmacy for immediate fill. I arrived to the pharmacy at 6:00 to pick up the medications. After patiently waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I get called up to the window to find out that the prescriptions aren't filled yet. I had a seat and attempted to wait patiently, but my irritation quickly escalated as the pharmacist stood at the counter snacking on peanut m&m's, instead of making progress on the prescription. At approximately 6:40 I left in a frenzy, prescriptions in hand, rushing to get to my baby. Once home, I opened the amoxicillin jar to see a WHITE POWDER. I glanced at the bottle to see the description "pink liquid" and it was confirmed that this is, in fact, the WORST pharmacy ever. I'm pissed off for my sick baby who now has to wait until tomorrow to start feeling better. read more

I sure hope they are filling correctly, because the rest of their operations are a nightmare. Was told twice my order was ready, twice came in and they couldn't find everything and said they needed to redo it...again. This incident happened 3 months ago. Only reason why I write now is bc the same thing has happens several other times but at totally different stores. Something had to happen ... if it's new hire training or mandatory rules ... But employees and management need to not speak about personal matters on the floor and in-front of customers. A manager and employee stood at the cash register while my husband and I use the self check out which is right next to each other. The manager is talking about how unfair practice it is, she doesn't get any breaks, she's the only one there to do her job, she suppose to be on vacation and how she didn't want to be there. She said it loud enough as if we weren't there. We made eye contact many times before she finally asked if we needed anything. Again several store employees at completely diff stores have done this in Vacaville. I understand covid interrupted our lives and everyone is in hardship. On average plan to wait 48 hours to be notified after your dr sends over your script. This cvs is understaffed and uneducated on HIPPA privacy. Everyone in line will know what you're picking up. Slow and out dated computers makes for a long visit to both drop off and pick up lines. The counter help has some issues with customer service. The pharmacist are the real hero's! After a handful of terrible experiences and wasted time spent here with disorganized, unprofessional and poorly trained employees, I think it's time to find a new pharmacy. Every time I come here it's a new "adventure." One day they were searching for my prescription (which was filled that afternoon) and could not find it. After three people searched for about 15 minutes, they found it sitting right on the front counter. Also, I once waited over 30 minutes for a prescription, and ended up leaving empty handed after telling them I had to go, and they said it would probably take a "few hours." Thanks for telling me! These are just a couple examples. I even heard the pharmacist at the consultation window announcing loudly to a customer that her meds were for a yeast infection. Really!?!? I have been a reluctant customer here for the past couple of years, but am never stepping foot in this place again after a recent experience with an extremely unprofessional and rude pharmacy tech, Greg, who takes delight in belittling customers... the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. After a simple question regarding my Dr.'s Rx, and requesting the correct number of pills, "Greg" became very defensive and belligerent with a defiant tone that basically said, "I don't care about you, or your business" and proceeded to produce his "evidence" that suggested the Dr.'s scrip was for a lesser amount of pills and that was all I was entitled to, period. When my girlfriend interjected, he proceeded to produce paperwork that falsely showed my Dr.'s scrip was for half the Rx which was not correct. Some time ago, I had a clerk there who figured it out (my ins co. would only pay for half of my Rx, and then I would pay the difference) but this was beyond the scope of Greg's abilities and he wasn't interested in helping resolve such a simple problem. Bottom line, this is a very low-class pharmacy/store with even lower-class employees and I would strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere. read more

I shop here constantly. Use the pharmacy, buy flowers, makeup, cards, snacks, etc. You get a bunch of coupons every time you shop- usually you'll find one or two on there you will actually use. Staff at the registers are always friendly. The new remodel inside (new carpeting, couple display changes) really opens this place up and makes it look huge. Pharmacy isn't always as timely as would be appreciated- especially when out running errands, I always seem to have to come back because my prescription is never ready on time. But despite that, pharmacy staff is also helpful and polite. This will always be my quick stop stop for my basic needs. Just make sure to try and avoid the pharmacy during busy hours, which is usually around dinner time hours. read more

I absolutely hate the way CVS set this place up, they have stuff scattered from one end if the store to the other. I actually thought they were going out of business because of all the empty and barren shelf space. They do not replenish items when they are depleted, I have waiting for two weeks on the Chex Turtle mix, the snack area is very scarce and oddly shelved, on my way out, i notice another snack aisle on the other side of the store, i too noticed two Candy locations ... each stocked with various brands and some of the same, I am not getting the logic here. I must say that the employees and friendly, always quick to ask for your rewards card at check out, The night crew are really friendly. If CVS would just good everyday prices and they marked their items accordingly, there would be no reason for a stuipid "reward card" , i feel like an idiot having one and carrying around, I feel like more of an idiot when I pull it out and use it. read more

Where to start, lost prescriptions for up to 5 days, out of the medication once they find the prescriptions and always some excuse. We've had three separate prescriptions that are monthly and have been for years lost for days at a time. Since the pharmacy was sold to CVS it's become unreliable. Unreliable and that is the nicest word I can use. People depend on a pharmacy and they are an important part of healthcare with many patients lives and health depending on their performance. Don't trust this pharmacy with your health care needs and don't give them your business. This is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with and will move our business elsewhere.
