Because of that, I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know how great their team was. Unfortunately, that experience was completely different. The manager, Viviana, took a long time to come out, and when she did, she immediately said she was "way too busy to talk and deal with me." When she finally approached me, her attitude was annoyed and unprofessional. As someone who is a manager myself, I found this really disappointing. Great employees deserve recognition, and it shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience when a customer wants to give positive feedback. I hope CVS takes a closer look at how management interacts with customers, because the staff on the floor truly deserve better support and appreciation.

I left without mine and my first passport verification failed. I wasn't charged for the retake photo which was nice. However the process wasted precious time and required that I mail off the application twice. I was sure to get the passport photo verification certificate the next time and the photo was accepted. I had a very good experience with the staff here. The attendants I have worked with have always been efficient and professional.

You can clearly see the original price on my return receipt for the Snoopy Hershey kisses and Reese's PB hearts as $6.99!! $4.68 is not 50% off!! I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. There was no one working the counter. There was a contractor waiting to sign off some work there. After a few minutes I asked him if there was anyone working the counter and was told that the lady was suppose went in the back room and was going to come back out. After close to 10 minutes, the contractor finally went to ask an employee molted to go get the lady so she can sign off his work. Afterwards, she did help us with the passport photos. She was nice, took my son's photo, uploaded it to the system and told use it would be a few minutes while she crops, touched up the photos and print them. It ended being up closer to 10 minutes as she had to help another customer with something. Walgreens is a place to get passport pictures ($16.99 plus tax) and have other pictures printed (self serve kiosk), but if you need help, be prepared to do a little waiting around.
