Because of that, I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know how great their team was. Unfortunately, that experience was completely different. The manager, Viviana, took a long time to come out, and when she did, she immediately said she was "way too busy to talk and deal with me." When she finally approached me, her attitude was annoyed and unprofessional. As someone who is a manager myself, I found this really disappointing. Great employees deserve recognition, and it shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience when a customer wants to give positive feedback. I hope CVS takes a closer look at how management interacts with customers, because the staff on the floor truly deserve better support and appreciation.

I left without mine and my first passport verification failed. I wasn't charged for the retake photo which was nice. However the process wasted precious time and required that I mail off the application twice. I was sure to get the passport photo verification certificate the next time and the photo was accepted. I had a very good experience with the staff here. The attendants I have worked with have always been efficient and professional.

I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. Afterwards I saw a woman browsing the Valentine's 50% off merch but warned her that it's actually only 33% off when you get to the register!! The cashier was either too dumb to do simple math or just too lazy to care!!

I stumbled upon a shout out for the Davis Pharmacy on Reddit today, my day to get a Covid and Flu vaccination. It was such a pleasant departure from a normal trip to a big chain store. The space is for prescription medicine only and the pharmacists treat you as a patient. I was quite taken with their hospitality and even given an organic juice after my vaccines were administered.
