My Dr. called me back and let me know the prescription had been called in to Fusion and they would be reaching out to me. Never happened! I called Fusion the following day after not hearing anything. I was told they did get the prescription, but hadn't done anything with it as they were waiting for me to call them? I'm now two days without my prescription and they tell me it will be another day to prepare it since I didn't call before? The price, . . . over two times what I pay at my regular compound pharmacy, ($135.00 vs $61.00) for the same 30 gm amount. Fusion did finally text me today (third day), at 4:46 pm, to let me know it was ready to pick up. They close at 5:30 pm! I had to change my immediate vacation plan in order to rush across town in order to pick it up before they closed. Got in the door at 5:35 (thankfully they were still open or I would have had to wait another day). Lack of patient communication, grossly overpriced. I'm glad I won't have to use this pharmacy in the future. Terrible experience!

With Kathleen, or "Kat" as his exceptionally capable right-hand person, they provide a level of personal care and professionalism that cannot be equaled. In 2017, my wife and I moved from Las Vegas after thirty years to St. George. Upon our arrival, we tried both Walgreens and Smith's, but neither was able to meet all the needs we faced as an aging senior couple.
