There's no lounge for people to wait, which makes sense as Target just wants you to shop in the meantime. The vaccination area is just a plastic chair over in the corner and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in ages. Even though there are two registers, I've never seen both open. Even though you might have the barcode for your pick up, it doesn't seem to help at all find your prescription. I have to use these guys because for some of my prescriptions, because they are the only ones that can get them filled. For everything else I go to Fusion Pharmacy, where they know you by name and the price is the same as CVS.

I called that pharmacy and scheduled a Pick up for Saturday after my knee surgery. When my husband went to get my medicine they were closed for covid cleaning. When I called to see if they could get my prescription sent to another store, they just told me I'd have to wait until the next day for the medicine I needed that night. They were not helpful. (Some might say they were down right rude) That is when a friend told me about Brents pharmacy and that they deliver. I can hardly walk after my surgery and have a brace and crutches. My husband works 12-14 hours with his commute. I called Brents pharmacy and they went above and beyond to help. There customer service was superb, they treated me like a friend (not a number or inconvenience)... And did I mention their priced was 50% off the other well known pharmacy? I am switching all my prescriptions to Brents Pharmacy off red cliffs by the mall! They have fabulous customer service! They deliver!!! And they cost less! I am a fan! I've had them tell me once or twice that they "already know that coupon won't work" (when it always does) I didn't even attempt to use a coupon this time and Shelby found a coupon on her phone because she said this specific prescription is usually cheaper than what it was ringing up as. I contacted my Dr. to have it refilled at a local compounding pharmacy in the St. George area. My Dr. called me back and let me know the prescription had been called in to Fusion and they would be reaching out to me. Never happened! I called Fusion the following day after not hearing anything. I was told they did get the prescription, but hadn't done anything with it as they were waiting for me to call them? I'm now two days without my prescription and they tell me it will be another day to prepare it since I didn't call before? The price, . . . over two times what I pay at my regular compound pharmacy, ($135.00 vs $61.00) for the same 30 gm amount. Fusion did finally text me today (third day), at 4:46 pm, to let me know it was ready to pick up. They close at 5:30 pm! I had to change my immediate vacation plan in order to rush across town in order to pick it up before they closed. Got in the door at 5:35 (thankfully they were still open or I would have had to wait another day). Lack of patient communication, grossly overpriced. I'm glad I won't have to use this pharmacy in the future. Terrible experience!
