The elderly gentleman who did the exam was very patient and easy going, answered all my questions. The salesman out in the front worked with me to get the very best deal I could, taking advantage of sales and specials. The only complaint is it took 10 days to get my glasses, I expected to get them sooner. Maybe 10 days is average , I don't know.

I have to think most people are familiar with these stores, so I won't go into describing everything inside. This is a nice & clean store with friendly staff. It all started back in the Winter of 2007 when I was layed off by my employer and I started six months of unemployment until I found a really great job. During those lean months, I started to frequent the Canton OSJL, the one closest to my home. It was a nice way to kill time and not spend a lot of money. How do you describe what they sell in OSJL? Short answer is they sell everything- clothes, food, hardware, housewares, health and beauty aids, toys for the kids- just about everything. These are not the smoke damaged seconds you'll find in Building 19- this is first quality new merchandise. They have a nice feature that saves you even more money -their Internet Coupons. Every week they feature about 20 coupons for deeper savings on all kinds of stuff- you have to go on their website and print them off. Every store has a dedicated section for the Internet Coupon specials. The Southwick location is one of OSJL's nicer locations, ranking in my book second only to Canton, and easily ahead of the adequate Bloomfield, slovenly Windsor, and horrendous Berlin stores. In Southwick, the shelves are well stocked, the store is neat, the signage is easy to read, the variety is stellar, the service is attentive and the prices are of course very good. I get a particular kick out of seeing OSJL staples such as Paul Sorvino pasta, Red Mill grains, and Peanut Butter & Company flavored peanut butter sold in fancy gourmet stores for 3 or 4X their OSJL price. If you like Salsa, try their Brad's salsa- its one of the best I have had for just about $2 or so. I also get their Polar Orange Dry Diet Soda 6-packs for an embarassingly low $1.65.

This is despite me giving all of my insurance information at the time of scheduling and double checking the appointment information at the end of the call. I'm new to this area and had the correct doctor's name and location saved in my phone. Bottom line: They only book appointments over the phone with no email confirmation, so I guess get the full name of whoever you speak to and maybe call the next day to make sure it's actually booked. We went to this T-Mobile store solely to purchase Wireless Home Internet. What followed was a…read moredeliberately deceptive sales tactic carried out by Anthony, who knew exactly what he was doing. Anthony pushed a hotspot device and claimed it was **"free" and included with the service." We clearly and explicitly declined the device twice. Despite this, Anthony continued to insist it was free and stated the $6 charge was only for taxes and fees. That statement was knowingly false. After getting home and reviewing our account, it became obvious that: * The $6 charge was not taxes or fees * It was a device payment * The hotspot is tied to a 24-month commitment at $15 per month This is not a misunderstanding or poor communication. The facts were concealed. The device was added after repeated refusals, the cost was misrepresented, and the long-term contract was never disclosed. Anthony did not "make a mistake" he knowingly misled us to push a sale. This is classic deceptive sales behavior and should concern anyone considering doing business at this location. If you value transparency, honesty, and not being tricked into unwanted contracts, do not trust this store. Check your account immediately if you've been here especially if Anthony helped you.
