This place is getting worse. I know working retail isn't the most satisfying job, but trying to find a decent, friendly employee is near impossible. I waited in line to ask customer service a question and once I approached a young, black lady behind the desk, she literally just stared at me w/o saying one word. I don't know if my smile shocked her, but all I got was a deadpan look. Someone behind her had to answer my question, which had to do with the pickup hours. Okay, lovely. Also, there have been several occasions that I experienced similar interactions from the door greeters. No smile, no hello, just look the other way or stare blankly at you. I will always go to Walmart because they really do have some great prices on just about everything. This location isn't bad at all. I was able to get a mini frigidaire brand fridge that was marked down to only $20 recently, which by the way, is such a steal! It functions well and keeps my skincare products nice and cold. They've got great prices for makeup products (same ones you can find at local drugstores such as CVS/Walgreens etc.) for much cheaper, less expensive. I have got no complaints for Walmart. Every product they have is usually a couple dollars less than other places that carry. Only thing I wish was that they had apple pay available. Last I went, which was a few days ago, their self check out only allowed for insert chip for payment and I'm the type of person to only bring her phone to places and hope they have option for ApplePay. read more

They were lucky I didn't make a scene in the store this morning. I was looking for an item while the shelves were being stocked. Confirmed both by website and by an employee the item is in stock. Instead of helping me get the item then and there, they said I could come back in a half hour and they will have it for me. Item wasn't there. Neither were the employees I spoke to. One employee from Pepsi at least did try and assist. Two Walmart employees passed the buck or were not helpful. Guy who witnessed the initial interaction made a comment under his breath when I came back to get the item a half hour later. Let me easily talk to a human. They substituted an item and texted me. Didn't give me enough time to cancel it. Said I would have to wait until it was delivered to start a return. I called and eventually managed to get a human on the phone who told me that they would stop the delivery and refund my money. The delivery driver showed up and after I yelled out the front door because he was already in his vehicle he came back and took the item. After three days I still had not seen the refund. I again called and they said that they would have to check to see if I could get the delivery charge refunded also. I finally got the refund but they only refunded $5 of the $ 9.75 delivery fee. They regularly accept orders they can't fulfill, basically never keep their promise on delivery times, and take no accountability for any of it. On Thursday January 31st I visited your store before heading to work to make a PayPal payment my account. As I stepped onto the sidewalk to the left of the entrance (there was an oil truck in the way) I slipped and fell as I walked on the sidewalk. When I tried to get up to get my keys and phone that went flying I felt a sharp pain in my thigh so bad that I could only crawl to my belongings..I then slowly helped myself up....the entire area was nothing but a sheet of ice! The entire world around me continued to just keep on moving.... I limped into the store where I came upon the greeter (Sharleen) who was VERY nice! After telling her what happened she walked me over the Subway to have a seat and wait as she went to look for help. The pain was excruciating but I also knew nothing was broken...felt like a badly pulled muscle.. A good 20 to 25 minutes went by when Gladibel and Amma who at 1st didnt want to give her name (also realized she was walking around me the entire time Ibwas waiting and said nothing....I guess watching me..I dont know....) when I asked for her name at first she replied "what do you need that for? All your information is being handled"...I guess the whole situation was frustrating to her as she said "can we hurry this up I have to go!"...meanwhile gripping a white form...which I was able to read.. CUSTOMER ACCIDENT REPORT She knew I saw it and with a shrug she said "all your information is going into the pad!"...."heres the number to CMI! DO NOT CALL TODAY! CALL TOMMOROW!! 24 HOURS!!"...... This is the WORST Walmart I have been to! Unfortunately it's right down the street from me. It's filthy, the isle are full of clutter and the workers are ruder than the shoppers! They leave their carts and stocking items in the middle of an already over crowded isle and glare at you if you try to move it to get past! The shelves are in disarray, not sure if they stock them or have bean bag contests at night with random items being tossed in random spots. This review is solely for an amazing employee that went above and beyond. I was at Walmart on 1/13/21 (Thursday) looking for some school supplies for my sister. Usually, I would search on the app then just head to the aisle and get my item. I don't like to bother people since they are usually busy, especially now during the pandemic. I was having a hard time locating the product, so I asked the agent for help. Vincent was restocking the arts and crafts area. He immediately stop what he was doing to help me. I was pleasantly surprised because the last two times they just said "I don't know". It took us about 5 minutes to locate the product, but unfortunately, we only found 1 ( I needed 2). He was kind enough to look on the top selves to see if they might have some more. He spends another 10 minutes doing this. I felt bad and told him that its okay and ill just go ahead and purchase the product and go to another store. He was very polite and apologized. We spoke a little bit more random things and we went our separate ways. He made my day and I was so happy with his service! read more

It's relatively small for a Walmart and they do have the major departments including a pharmacy and photo center, but there is not a full service bakery, fresh meat section, produce aisle, or hot pre-cooked food section. I came to return a laptop and a game when I got to the service desk I told them I want to return 2 item but I can't find a receipt for the game but I got it for $20. She told me I can't return without receipt and she called manager and manager said games no receipt no return and she don't know if I walk in took it and want money. Got me really mad she hinting at me of stealing. I went into my car and did a strip of everything and found the receipt in the trunk after 25 mins looking and went back in to do the return and the guest service ring up the manager and this time they accuse me of picking up a receipt on the floor and trying to return. I told them what's the chance of me finding a receipt of the same item I want to return with the date that I brought yesterday and they shut up and process the return. For those of us living in the city, it's a decent store worth the drive if you're looking for an in-stock item that is only sold at Walmart- or in our case, you have a gift card that needs using. PROS: * Good customer service provided at the customer service desk * Clean restrooms * Parking availability * Subway restaurant if you get hungry (McDonald's is repulsive so I'm glad that's not the food option here) CONS: * Long lines, slow moving cashiers * Only 1 entrance/exit (I'm used to Florida Walmart's with multiple exit options so this was especially a pet peeve for me). Note: there is another parking lot attached to Walmart, but that also only provides 1 exit, that line is also extremely long! * No produce section * Difficult to demeanor * Too much stocking and unloading by associates with limited space- that stuff should be done prior to the start of business, after closing and/or during non-peak hours! read more

If the price wasn't so cheap and I can get everything in one place, I would never shop here. The "service" is utter garbage. Some of the people they hire here are... mentally deficient. No, I'm not talking about the "intellectual disable" greeters they sometimes have at the entrance (they do their job darn well, always smiling and friendly). No problems, everything smooth sailing. Then I hit pay and start to put cash into the machine. Then this random lady comes up (not the mother & daughter) and goes on about needing a duplicate receipt. So the fool-of-an-associate who's standing at his counter which is next to my station, walks up and says he needs my machine and proceeds to cancel my payment. Never asked for permission or show any sign of courtesy. I stare at this idiot and ask what the heck he was doing. He kept saying he would only take a minute. I was halfway done paying and he couldn't wait 5 seconds for me to finish putting in my last two bills. Instead, he cancels my payment and tries to take over my machine. He could have had the machine all to himself if he would open his eyes and see that I was already paying and just let me finish in 5 seconds! I tell him no. Stare at him and repeat that I'm paying. And repeat again... and keep staring until he backs off (maybe he finally collected enough brain cells to figure out that he's an idiot). If he can't comprehend such a simple thing and show a modicum of common-sense/courtesy/service/civility, he doesn't even deserve this minimum wage job at wally world. Btw, this is the tall, skinny, short hair idiot that always works the self-checkout. Absolutely useless Sometimes (super duper rarely) I find an exceptional helpful or friendly or amazing associate.
